Great experience at EstePlastHair. Very personal, compared to a previous procedure elsewhere. Interpreter was always on hand to relay all the information from the doctor and staff at every stage.

Hospital facility was clean and added to the helped ease any nerves as did the doctor and all the team.

From the airport, hotel, to and from procedure, next day wash, and home, it was an extremely stress free, professional and enjoyable experience. Recommended and would certainly return!

Am ajuns sambata dimineata la ora 4 , am incercat sa dorm ( eram programat la 16 la operatie ) dar nu am putut caci hotelul in care am fost cazat de catre ei ( nu l-am ales eu ! ei s-au ocupat de tot ) dar nu am putut din cauza unui zgomot venit de afara . Am dormit foarte putin si foarte prost , am ratat micul dejun , am plcat la clinica la 15 , obosit si nemancat , operatia a durat pana la ora 1 dimineata cu pauza pentru o masa scurta , dupa operatie mi s-a facut rau , panica , oxygen and shit ( eram epuizat , noroc cu masa din spital caci altfel lesinam pe acolo or smth ) . Am revenit la hotel pe la1 40 ( hotel Grand Aras din Sisli ) zgomotul era prezent , am dormit ir groaznic , am facut plangere , trimit pe cineva , nimic . A doua noapte la fel , iar fac plangere , iar zic ca trimit pe cineva si nimic . in ultima noapte s-a sinchisit cineva sa imi ofere alta camera , au zis ca au fost ocupati , da , da , da , receptionerul de zi rasfoia ocupat o fituica , iar cel de seara fuma la fel de ocupt o tigara . Am intrebat inainte cat costa in total TOATA tarasenia , mi-au spus xxxx , am zis ok , am aflat la final ca tre s adau 300 sau 500 euro in plus pentru tratament ( sampoane , vitamine etc ) depinde dac aluam pe 3 sau 6 luni . Balcanii frate , astia suntem , lucram in umbra si umbra lucreaza pentru noi . Mi-au spus xxxx euro operatia , le-am dat cu 25 euri in plus niciun rest . Au zis 75 euro camera pentru o noapte in plus la hotel mi-au zis 100 euro . Am lasat 100 euro garantie , in ziua plecarii soferul clinicii hai hai hai si am plecat fara sa cer banii inapoi dar nici receptionerul nu a zis nimic . Acum nu mai raspund desi trebuiau sa imi ofere detalii privind tratamentul ( sampoane diverse , vitamine , etc ) am depasit cu vreo 10 zile termenul de incepere al procedurii din cauza lor caci chipurile si-au schimbat telefonul . Ditai clinica nu au o evidenta a pacientilor ? Ma intreba cine sunt ????
