Man sollte die Versandbedingungen genauestens durchlesen, die Sachen werden aus China verschickt und wenn man etwas zurücksendet, kostet es einen Haufen Versandkosten wenn man es versichert zurückschickt. Ich habe die Sendungsnummer in einer email an den Kundendienst geschickt. Das ist jetzt 2 Monate her und ich habe das Geld noch nicht zurück bekommen. Es ist nicht direkt ersichtlich daß die Klamotten aus China verschickt werden. Die Qualität der Klamotten war total schlecht.

Weniger als 1 Stern. Hatte vor 7 Wochen Schuhe im Essentra Shop bestellt. Bisher nicht angekommen . Auf Mails wird nicht mehr reagiert

Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel die bestellte Ware war einmal nicht in einer guten Qualität. Größen waren auch nicht EU.Da stimmt das Preis leistungsverhältniss in keinsterweise. So das ich die Ware zurückgeschickt habe, was dann nach China geht und nach 2 Monaten habe ich immer noch nicht den Betrag zurück erhalten. Finger weg kann ich nur sagen

Ware bekommen, die vom Material und den Farben komplett anders aussieht und einfach Billigware ist.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen bestätigen. Kein Impressum. Man merkt erst sehr spät das es China ist.
Die Passform der bestellten Jacke XL katastrophal. Rücksendung nach China sollte über 40 € kosten. Habe ich abgelehnt wegen Verschleierung auf der Internetseite ohne Impressum. Widerruf erklärt. Aber Erstatten tun die niemals was. Habe dann einen PayPal-Fall aufgemacht. Dann kam plötzlich das Angebot, die Jacke in XXXL zu schicken. Und siehe da, die Jacke passte. Die viel zu kleine Jacke musste nicht zurückgeschickt werden. Glück im Unglück gehabt. Aber nie wieder Essentra und nie wieder eine Bestellung ohne vernünftiges Impressum.

Ware nie angekommen. Die Firma weigert sich auch eine Verlustanzeige bei der DPD aufzugeben.
Zusätzlich handelt es sich anscheinend um billige China-Ware. Anhand dem Versandweg konnte man nachvollziehen, dass es sich um China Ware handelt. Die Webseite suggeriert ein deutsches Unternehmen in Hamburg. Alles in allem nicht vertrauenswürdig. Hände weg.

War sehr enttäuscht, dass die Lieferung aus China kommt, war nicht ersichtlich auf der Webseite. Qualität schlecht und völlig überteuert!! Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten, nach China, und man muss sicher stellen die Zollgebühren zu zahlen!!
Bin wieder einmal auf so eine toll aussehende und auf Facebook beworbene Webseite hereingefallen und habe ein “Lehrgeld” von ca. 60 € gezahlt. Werde die Kleidung nicht zurück senden, dann sicher noch einmal das gleich bezahlen müssen. Dumm gelaufen!!

Ich musste ewig auf die Ware warten. Kontakt zum Verkäufer klappte nicht. Knopflöscher der Hose sind zugenäht. Die Retour ist nur nach China möglich (ca. 40€ Porto für eine 44€ Hose) obwohl auf der Verpackung eine deutsche Adresse angegeben ist.

Schlimmster Shop ever!
Erst mal bekommt man absolut billige China Ware zugeschickt welche den Bildern null entsprechen und zweitens kann man die Retoure Kosten selbst zahlen nach CHINA!!! Ja ist klar..
die Adresse dafür bekommt man erst nach ewigen hin und her per Email mitgeteilt ! Man bekommt das Angebot 10% des Preises zurück zu bekommen und die Ware zu behalten - 3,90€ das war ein Witz! Würde nie wieder da bestellen und habe die Schuhe direkt in den Müll geschmissen :(!!
