Bought this a few months back, used it today for the 1st time and after fueling and getting it started finally, during uses after switching of I noticed the pull start not starting the engine. Upon further investigation the pull start is plastic against metal and the connection point in the housing are broken, this is the 1st day it has been used. I Understood this to be a low cost machine but you would expect the pull cord to function more than 3 times before breaking, now I have to buy a new part for the machine to be able to use. I would avoid the stress.

Bought a CS62 in August. Always found it hard to start. Used it 4/5 times for short periods. Often took 20minuts or more to start. Gradually it became impossible to start. Company asked me to send it back and responded by telling me it started for them twice on 2 pulls. Returned to me without consultation. On return I managed to start it but then immediately cleaned and emptied it and put it away for the winter in its bag. I have now been trying for 3 days to start it and it refuses. Company refuses to replace or refund.

Just got a 62cc chainsaw n wow it cut through 22 40 year old conifers, I had a chainsaw before from bnq and became scared of it n that is the truth. But as a gardener, a customer asked me to do this work , so I took it on . I was very impressed on how it cut, and how quick ,it was a good choice for the 62cc, it paid for itself on that job plus I have an extra chain for next job. Wkd chainsaw

Multi-tool cheaply put together. When it went wrong I rang customer service to find parts. Someone said that the model had been discontinued so they couldn't do anything and then promptly hung up
