Booked and order a service for the tub, really helpful throughout the whole process. Engineer who attended went above and beyond, finishing in the booked afternoon service into the early evening.

This is how customer service is supposed to be, will definitely be using again and again.

Can’t recommend the company enough …always very friendly and helpful and when the men come out to do a service they are always very nice and keep the area clean and tidy

Great service! The team serviced our hot tub and also changed our lid around to a more convenient side. 5 star service from the day we looked in the shop for our first hot tub to the day they installed and beyond to the first annual service. I would certainly recommend this company.

Great service and advice all the way through from showroom visits putting up with our questions and giving great information - fantastic support selecting the right hot tub for us and all the way through to installation. Can't fault the installation team and follow up given after install to check everything was ok and really happy to have a local company who I have no doubt will continue to support us and their products.

From the moment we thought about getting a hot tub, this company and their staff have been fantastic. We must’ve spent weeks deciding and asking so many questions and they were so helpful. The guys who came and installed it for us were outstanding (Lewis and Chris). They couldn’t do enough to help and showed us everything we needed to know. They even let our 2 English bulldogs give them love! I would definitely recommend escape. 5 star service.
