I still have to read more thoroughly and maybe I have missed the mentioned.

dec. 17, 2020 and have not yet received the email with the download. The $29 was paid with pay pal and now I am trying to reach them to let them know and all i get is refured to FAQ, no phone #, no email address, nothing to tell me how to get hold of them. Very upsetting!
