Just like all other reviews about them not being responsive, had the same experience for our fridge repair, supposed to be a 4/5 day job. It’s over a month now, with all of our food gone bad in the fridge, it’s still not fixed. The worst part is the technician has horrible attitude. He yelled at me saying if I don’t answer their call, then he is not coming. I tried to call them so many times and not hear back from them, nor did they leave any voicemail if they called as they claimed. For them to yell at me saying they won’t come if I don’t pickup the call is just rude and unprofessional. Not recommend at all.

Vinny, the repairman, was awesome. He responded promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. The repair job was completed in a fast and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having an appliance problem.

My warranty company assigned this group to handle an issue with a GAS LEAK with my stove. I called the company early in the morning regarding this issue (and its emergency) and 12 HOURS later, no response. Horrible and totally unacceptable.

They send their engineer Ahmed, he was not able to find the issue with my cooktop. He said this is as design to not hit that much!! For second follow up they sent the same tech and again he opened all parts of cooktop and could not fix it. I'm not recommending this company to anybody.

Just like all the other reviews, our warranty company assigned ER Appliance Repair LLC to fix our dishwasher. The guy came the first time and looked at it for 2 minutes said it was something to do with the spinning thing which I do not have on the bottom then asked to use my bathroom then left. Came back a week later and “fixed it.” Well it was not fixed they had to come back for the second time. He stated it was motor and it would take 7-10 takes to order and he would be back. We are a month past that day and they don’t return your calls or give an update. They do however answer the warranty companies call and tell them the part is on order and give them a fictitious date. If your warranty provider says their name unless you want to wait and fight for two months tell them you want someone else!

We hired this company to fix our dishwasher after it caused water damage to our basement ceiling. Unfortunately, the issue was not fully resolved during their first visit. After our basement ceiling was repaired, the dishwasher started leaking again because they did not address the underlying problem. We reported the issue again about a month ago, but we have been experiencing delays in receiving a response or service. When we try to call them, nobody answers, so we have to leave a message, which further prolongs the waiting time. If you choose to do business with this company, be prepared to wait for about a month or more in the hopes of getting your appliance repaired or receiving the necessary service.

If I could provide a negative start rating it would be great. This is a very unprofessional and unrealizable company, the warranty company I had referred them to us unfortunately so if you are seeing this review please do not do business with them unless you want to wait a very long time for your dryer to be repair. The technician that came out did not explained what was the issue with the dryer he only mention that parts need to be order which will take about 7-10 days to arrive. I have been trying to contact them after the 10 period mark passed and all I get is their voicemail machine. I have left 3 voicemail requesting an update but no phone call has been returned.

I still do not have a functioning dryer and I had to contact my warranty company to request another contractor.

Do no use this Company. I'm still waiting on them to make my appointment for the second time. They came to fix my washer machine, and it took them more than a month to repair it, and still have the same problem, Now they don't answer the phone, bad service at all.

DO NOT USE!!!

In short: They completely destroyed my washing machine, has terrible communication and will not return my calls!

They basically take your money and run DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use this company. The technician Ahmed came out to repair my washer. He completely destroyed my washer leaving worse then what it was before. Would not return phone calls. Was supposed to install a motherboard for my washer, left wires disconnected. Was supposed to return did not he just disappeared . Do not use this company. I only used this company because I home warranty company sent them

UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT MY WARRANTY COMPANY SENT OUT TO REPAIR MY 2 APPLIANCES. ER APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO USE. THEIR TECHNICIAN AHMAD LUQMAN, COMPLETELY MISDIAGNOSED MY DISHWASHER AND WASHING MACHINE. INITIALLY MY WARRANTY COMPANY DENIED MY CLAIM DUE TO THE LOUSY REPORT WRITTEN BY THEIR COMPANY. THEIR TECHNICIAN WAS UNEDUCATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERSTANDING OF MY FIVE YEAR OLD APPLIANCES. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS SO BAD, THAT A MANAGER FROM FAHW CALLED ME. HE SAID THAT THE REPORT DIDN'T MAKE SENSE. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAD MY APPLIANCES REPAIRED BY AN EXPERIENCED COMPANY. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT IF YOU WANT YOUR APPLIANCES REPAIRED.
