Ordered i phone quoted in Australian dollars on website only to find once arrived i have to pay duty and charges so phone now costing more than price i can buy direct from Apple in Australia!
Site should clearly advise there will be extra local tax costs and charges.
also already 1 week over advised delivery date and one more week to wait for it to arrive.
not worth the trouble buying from this site.

I ordered 4 castors and only 1 turned up, even though on the invoice it stated 4....Very disappointed that they could get the order so wrong!

Good service however would be better if informed what day and time the ladder was being delivered to be home instead of leaving it at the front door. Luckily it wasn’t stolen.
