Received seemingly fake tracking…

Received seemingly fake tracking information. Item didn't turn up. Company uncontactable for several weeks. Ignored my messenger message and deleted my Facebook comment. Had to contact bank to initiate getting my money back. It's not looking very legit at the moment......... In response to the equifetch reply comment..... It was my partner's details used for the order...... You have failed to respond to her and myself via email and social media for a month. Courier had no details of the tracking number and delivery address when contacted. Genuinely not a targeted review. We simply wanted our item. I would happily modify the review if resolution was reached.

Hi there.

Please contact us with your order number so we can look into this for you, as we have not had anybody contact us with any issues. We are not a scam, we are a family run business. We can’t upload fake tracking information either. We have had no emails from you, and if you did leave that comment, there are no orders under that name on our system. Nor have we had any chargebacks from a bank.

This seems quite targeted and a false review. Please do let us know your name and order number if you have actually had an issue that for some reason we aren’t aware of.

Terrible communication

After failing to receive 3 Headcollars I emailed and messaged and redo no response. There is no phone number making them impossible to contact when they decide to ignore emails. I threatened to contact my bank at which point they sent a nonsensical reply asking me to always contact them on the email I had contacted them on?? They suggested their emails may be in my junk box. They weren’t. Their email said they wanted to get the issue resolved asap for me however after waiting once again for a response to an email I have requested a refund. Could not recommend less

We’re sorry to hear this. However we did have prompt communication with you via email to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However we will share the full story as a small business as these reviews have a big impact on us.

You ordered the km elite future fork which was dispatched and you received. Regarding the three head collars we contacted you to explain we only had the two left in stock, we apologised and gave you options for other colours we had in stock ready for dispatch or we offered you a full refund.

Which when you requested a full refund today it was processed immediately which you received a notification via email for. Also regarding the terrible communication you stated, an email was received from you Wednesday night at 8pm (out of work hours) and we replied on Friday morning. We do state we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours however during busy period this can be up to 48 hours, which we replied to you within that time frame.

We have had prompt communication with you regarding your order, you have received your future fork and your refund as requested for the head collars. If you need any further help do email us on contact@equifetch.co.uk and one of our friendly team will be more than happy to help.

i will use the site again but hopefully ill be kept informed of any delivery delays in future.

And we could dispatch the item then for you or we can issue you a full refund. You said you’d like a full refund and you will order once it arrives with us in January. So we issued you a full refund immediately. You were happy with that outcome and our customer service team were efficient with resolving your order issue.
