This is the first time I have ordered from Equestrian.com. Unfortunately the boots I'd ordered were not available when it came round to dispatching them. Lorna was very sympathetic and sent me out an alternative item which I received the next day. These boots didn't fit but Lorna kindly monitored the returns for my first choice boots/size and I am now stood here in these beautiful boots which are excellent quality, excellent value and a perfect fit! I feel that Lorna went the extra mile for me and I am very impressed with Lorna and Equestrian.com. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to both friends and family.

Having inadvertently ordered the wrong size riding boots and disposing of packaging I rang customer services with the expectation of being told I couldn't exchange them. On the contrary, I was emailed an exchange form, returned them and 48 hours later I was wearing the replacements (in the correct size!) at no extra cost to myself.
I cannot praise the staff enough.

10 December I ordered package, today is January 12 and the package has not arrived.
I sent them over 10 e-mails where is my package, but I did not get a concrete answer. Even more it is about a week they did not responding to my e-mails.
I'm really disappointed because in the package is new year gift for my nine year old daughter (I'm not Orthodox) and you can imagine her disappointment.

Reading through previous reviews I understand, that with overseas orders might be problems, despite that I decided to order. At beginning I got the same dispatch e-mail without link, it was shortly sorted out just through e-mails, then long time took delivery, but at the end, in 13 day time my order came! Yes it was packed up in black plastic, but I was really happy of such packaging as my shipment was safe from liquids around and inside was perfectly packed with paper odd space filling, just grate! I am really happy with service and goods, as price is outstanding for brands what can be purchased! I am from Baltic, Latvia, so I can recommend others to take a go and order!

I will never trust equestrian.com again. The product descriptions are misleading and after buying an item in good faith and then finding the said item did not perform as per the description equestrian.com refused to allow me to return the item or to offer any compromise. The customer service team is very difficult to deal with if you do not live in the uk as their phones do not ring outside UK. I have been left on call waiting for long periods as they said they could not call me back. I think this is unacceptable. The whole experience has made me much more wary of buying products online.

I ordered on a Tuesday, delivery was scheduled for the Thursday and I could change it to suit my situation to the following day, brilliant. Even given the hour time scale that I could expect it. Items were just as described, excellent fit, really thrilled with the whole shopping experience with this company. Well done, will shop again.

Excellent service. I bought from equestrian.com several times; exchanges or refunds were easy, and the delivery of items was quick. Communication was very good when some of the items I ordered were missing from the stock.

On July 4th, an email was sent confirming that my order had been dispatched. The email did not even give me a link to track the order, but I let that detail slide, which was a very big mistake. I expected it to arrive within the predicted 2-10 day overseas shipping timeframe, but after almost a full MONTH, it has STILL NOT ARRIVED. I contacted the company through email, but haven't heard a whisper. I am extremely angry about this situation.

I ordered two pairs of long length jodhpurs a great value buy one get one free offer, they came quickly, unfortunately they were too small so I needed to exchange for the next size up, I sent them straight back & my exchange was dealt with quickly & efficiently. My new jodhpurs are such a great fit & bargain price I find it really hard to find long length jodhpurs as I am tall so to find them on offer as well is great. Will definitely be back to buy more!

Ordered at 1a.m. Wednesday, stuff arrived at 4p.m. Thursday! In the meantime, emails to let me know it was on the way. Goods just what I wanted. This was my second order - first was excellent but this was even better! Will definitely order again and recommend to friends.

Excellent service again from equestrian.com. Only placed my order on late Tuesday and it arrived Thursday. Never had a bad service yet.

I ordered a range of goods off the website on Friday, and they came Tuesday morning - amazing! Plus they kept me up to date with the delivery times so I could organise my day to be in.
