We have been going here for over 10 years and on average spend over £500.The last two years including yesterday for Diwali the fireworks we bought did not fire as they should have. We had over 50 people there and it was embarrassing that they did not go off as they should have. I called Jimmy the owner who said its 2 years this has happened and before I could say more he hung up on me. Seems to me they are buying cheaper fireworks now and know that they will play up. He said as much when we visited the shop saying his overheads are now ridiculous. I will never go there again and Jimmy should be ashamed of his attitude to customers.

Have been driving down to epicfireworks from motherwell Scotland (rnd trip of nearly 500 miles)for 11 yrs now .absolutely amazing staff and fireworks. Always make me a coffee and offer a bite to eat after that long drive.wouldnt go anywhere else.

2 of the fireworks we ordered were faulty and exploded only 3 foot in the air. Even with the safety distance, a part of the firework landed on my 8 year old nieces trousers causing them to burn. Fortunately everyone was fine! All reviews stating how dangerous this is is met with a copy and pasted response from the owner saying "Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention" which shows no respect for the damage they could have caused! Completely disgusted at this company. I would avoid this place at all costs!

Excellent service as usual and the fireworks are unreal would highly recommend ordered a dyi kit on 24/10/23 came next day thank you

This is one of the best companies I have dealt with for a long time. The staff were really helpful and really looked after us while our order was being sorted. Everything was checked for accuracy and then loaded into our car for us. A great selection of fireworks at good prices. Highly recommended.

What can I say about this tremendous company but they are absolutely amazing!
I placed my first ever order online with them and was contacted via email by the owner to say that there would be a slight delay in receiving my order. I had ordered quite a large amount of large rockets.
The owner told me that as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate me for the delay, that he would be throwing in some free fireworks and safety portfires, which I had neglected to order! All at no extra cost to me.
How many businesses show that detailed level of customer service these days!?
I can honestly say that I am totally impressed and will definately be back again. They have a great website which showcased each and every firework that they sell, with videos of the fireworks in action, so you can see them before buying.
They have some fantastic deals on packages and even provide you with detailed instructions and firing order suggestions to help you plan your displays to their maximum effect!
Everything you could ever want! Brilliant!
