The purchase was easy and fast as well as delivery. But the product it’s self wasn’t good for the price and amount of ephedra it brings. Ultimate Orange only brings 16 servings of a big scoop, it doesn’t taste good at all and I can drink any preworkout, also not worth all that money.

Slow as hell shipping
Ordered an item that was listed as "in stock and ready to ship" created a PayPal account since the site doesn't accept credit cards for payment and paid the same day and four days later I still haven't received a message that my item has shipped. Site claims "lightning fast shipping" I call BS.

I tried to cancel my order immediately…
I tried to cancel my order immediately after making it b/c I saw that the product wasn't consistent with its former formulation. The order was shipped anyway. I'm disappointed. The chat feature did not accomplish anything.

I liked that I can call
I liked that I can call, place an order, and pay over the phone with someone in the U.S.
I'm still not sure how it's possible that something that's banned in the U.S. is being sold in the U.S., but thanks to the internet....I could careless! I miss when ephedra was readily available like this, because these are the products that work, unlike that crap on the shelves at the brick & mortar retailers.
