EPC4Energy provide a great service
I can definitely recommend EPC4Energy for SAP and EPC calculations. Chris is really helpful in ensuring the developer provides the information necessary to a perform a refined SAP calculation. He also gives guidance on what remedies may be employed to improve the calculation such as addition of water/air air heat pump or solar to offset electrical consumption.
He was very patient with us through the design stage, and final calculations.
I shall certainly use Chris again for my next project.
