Poor custom service and loyality
Let me start by saying I have been with this online payroll service for over 15 years, never missed a bill and always paid on time. Never had a problem when they have had software issues or mainteance or outages I have never had an issue. However recently my credit card expired and instead of letting me know they simply locked my account so I could no longer login. Loyality means absolutely nothing to this company. If you are not with this company and are looking for a payrole service, I would not recommend them and avoid this company.
The only option they gave me is to ring them up, there was no option to update these details online. As a small business owner you do not have time to be waiting on the phone to be doing this, everything is done online these days. Maybe they will see this hopefully update their system, but until then thanks for nothing.
