Really smooth and cheaper than a booth. I could do it comfortably at home and the photo was approved quickly and edited well. DVLA approved it quickly and my licence has already arrived.

software scanned my photo for correctness, picture was not quite right, asked for a retake with the problem pointed out, followed the advice photo was taken uploaded and passed and is in process now. Used for renewal. Passports seem like a pain to get done, this was well worth the charge and saved a lot of time. ***** update, everything went perfect actually recieved my passport in the mail 6 days after submission. I expected a long process was very surprised.

The process was so easy. They checked if the photo would pass for the passport and it was great. I reccomend them.

Converting a photo into a passport photo was so easy. The background was removed and the photo dimensions were set. It took less than 2 minutes to complete the online information and the final photo was approved a few minutes after that. Made my online passport renewal so much easier!

Terrible Service – Photo Rejected by U.S. Passport Office!

I used ePassportPhoto.com for my passport photo, expecting a professional-quality image that met all U.S. passport requirements. Instead, my photo was REJECTED when I submitted it online for my passport renewal. Frustrated, I took a quick photo on my iphone, and guess what? That photo was accepted!

What’s the point of paying for a "professional" service if they can't even get the basics right? No quality control, no guarantee that their photos will be accepted, and now I'm stuck having wasted my money. Avoid this service and just take your own photo—it’s easier, cheaper, and actually works!

Would not recommend. 1/5 stars.

The picture was rejected by the passport authorities. They refused to refund the fee.
Poor Service.

Used their service for a passport photo and chose the option for Digital Download so I could…according to their own website I could print them at CVS or Walgreens. HUGE LIE. Passport photos can only printed on store IF THEY ARE TAKEN IN STORE. EPassport photo.com clearly knows this yet they tell and sell these packages anyway. RUN FAR FAR AWAY from these scumbags. I’ve asked for a refund 4 times. They just keep trying to sell me something else!

Problem resolved.

I paid and received the photo back, which they told me was 100% approved for passport use. It was instantly rejected because I was smiling. Why did the company not know this criteria?
I wrote to them and they responded quickly, giving the option to send another photo. I sent it and the photo that can back had attempted to shrink my left eye so my eyelids showed more. It was so weird! Then they deepened all the wrinkles on my face. I’m not vain, but the photo looked so fake! Stay away, not worth it. Just go to the store and get the photo done!!

I got an email stating I should receive photos in 2-3 business days, but nothing showed up. The email has the correct mailing address, but no tracking information.

If the goal of ePassportPhoto.com is to save time, well it didn't. I need to go to get my photos taken and printed at a nearby Walgreens. And call my credit card company to dispute payment.
