Recently bought a preowned iPhone 12 Pro everything in perfect working order and also in immaculate condition can’t also fault the delivery timing would certainly recommend anyone in need of a new phone etc to use these.

I bought a A grade samsung 21Ultra was well suprised and pleased Just like new not a scratch or mark on it

Poor 1st phone that came was faulty then was told to return asked if I wanted replacement or refund I said most definitely a replacement and you just refunded me due to not having the colour I wanted in stock rather than asking if I would be happy with a different colour phone which I would have been happy to do and you still charged me for delivery for an item I in the end never ended up having of your company completely ripped off by your company and messed around by them

I have brought 4 Phones in total from this company Now and I Highly recommend them.

They use a simple grading system and that is Grade A which are Immaculate condition overall. Fully working phone. Casing: May have some light signs of use, Screen: Like new and batteries are at least 80% or more and there's preloved which are Grade B/C phones and will have visible scratches on the screen, back or edges.

I have only every brought Grade A Phones

Each Phone i have paid for in the morning and they have been delivered Next Day before 1pm. . They don't come in the original boxes but the packaging they used is good enough to protect the phone in transit.
as I stated above, they don't come in the original box so there no manuals and no sim removal tool, but you do get a USB charging lead. I would guess this is to 2 reasons it cut postal cost (as the postal price they charge is very very reasonable and I can tell you they not making any profit on postal chargers.) and the packaging they use is Eco Friendly

Out of the 4 phones i have brought all have been in very good condition showing little to no marks to sides, screen, backs or lens. All have been sim unlocked. 2 even had the original screen and side protector still attached to the phone.
Now I did get 1 phone (my 3rd purchase) the phone was in near perfect condition but had some issues with its hardware where it wouldn't find a GPS signal which is important to me, However i contact them at their email address and within few hours they replied with advice, I tried that and spoke to the phone makers who believed the phone was faulty, so I contacted EO distribution again, They arrange a collection for the phone next day and they refunded me the money I paid (minus the original postal charge) as soon as the phone arrived there end.

I was not put off by this and used them again and I'm happy to report my 4th Purchase works perfectly and was in perfect condition.

I've saved a lot of money not buying brand new Phones from like of apple and Samsung and just buying from EO distribution instead.

The phone was rated a grade A phone, when it arrived it came in immaculate condition just as stated, once we loaded the phone up and started using it we had a message appear, stating the battery had significantly degraded and to take to a apple special to fix the problem, now we have to go through the hassle of returning the phone and waiting for a refund.

The company is great the service is great I ordered my phone on a Wednesday and it was with me the next day

Bought an iPhone 12 grade A. Came unboxed and badly packaged and can’t get past the apple start up screen. I spent a lot of money and to receive a phone in this condition is unacceptable.
