Domestic air conditioning service
Thanks to Ben for a thorough and comprehensive service for our domestic air conditioning units recently. The attention to detail was second to none, as were the useful hints and tips provided to maintain the efficiency of the units and prevent further problems, much of which I wasn’t aware of previously.
Our units are clearly running (and smelling) much better as a result, and we are confident that the units were left in great condition.

Annual Air Conditioning maintenance.
The annual maintenance of my air conditioning units was done by Harry who was efficient, friendly and helpful. He arrived at the expected time and was able to answer any queries I had. I would recommend EOC to install and maintain the units.

Installation and after care
I would just like to say that from the start of our enquiry into having a ASHP installed we have been very happy with all communication from receiving the quote to installation by Adam and Mason who became part of the family for a week always leaving everything tidy and clean ready for the next day.
Just like to add after 5 weeks we had our first fault so called EOC and left a message and within 2hrs received a call from Henry after explaining the situation, we managed to sort the problem out between us with fun and laughter which made the whole situation less stressful.

From quote to completion everyone I dealt with was clear, honest and keen to help. My questions were answered promptly and sensibly. A change in date was explained in advance and agreed. The work was done neatly and everywhere left tidy.
