Envita will make you pay even when they don’t provide the services they promise, which also leaves your cancer untreated.
I went for treatment at Envita in January 2026. I made a huge mistake in that decision. Envita has no integrity and will take your money even when their staff member was negligent in not providing a service they promised, Envita refused to accept any responsibility for their staff being incompetent.
The program promises to arrange for medications prescribed by their doctors, that need to be obtained at an outside pharmacy, to complete the order process so that the medication will be made available for the patients to pick up. (Patients are responsible to pay for the medication either personally or with their insurance at outside the pharmacy which I understood) My doctor prescribed an oral chemotherapy medication and my assigned staff member was to have arranged for it to be ordered and made available for me to obtain at my local pharmacy. An entire month went by and I never received the medication. I spoke with the staff member I was assigned to arrange this service on a weekly basis. Each week I was given an excuse for the delay. After an entire month had passed from the time that the Envita doctor had prescribed the medication, and written it in my treatment plan, I still did not receive my chemotherapy medication, I asked for an alternate staff member to help obtain my oral chemotherapy drug. The new staff member that I had been reassigned to ( only because I complained ) was able to get the chemotherapy pills in 1 day delivered to my local pharmacy even at a low discounted price. Clearly the delay was caused by the Envita staff member who did not do her job and it was not caused by the multiple untruthful excuses she had given me. If someone else can step in and complete the process in one day (after my originally assigned staff member had not completed the order in over a month) responsibility for the delay falls directly on the first staff member I was assigned. I spoke to director who also made excuses about how I “really didn’t need it anyway.” This was a chemotherapy medication to treat my cancer that had been prescribed by one of Envita’s own doctors. Now when Envita failed to provide the service that they promised to provide, they refused to take any responsibility for their employee’s negligence. It doesn’t matter how good the doctor is, if the system breaks down and the patient doesn’t get the medication as prescribed, Envita should have had the integrity to make right on the negligence of their employee. I attended Envita’s program for two months. I paid for Envita for the first month as I had received the treatment as prescribed by my Envita doctor. I canceled my credit card payment for the second month that I did not receive the treatment that had been prescribed by the Envita doctor. The entire time they allowed my cancer to keep growing because their staff member failed to provide a service that Envita had promised. Not only had Envita left my cancer inadequately treated for the entire second month (and last month before I left) they refused to acknowledge any responsibility and told my credit card company to re-bill me! They told my credit card company I had signed a contract. Isn’t a contract supposed to go both ways? I agree to pay for services I received but when Envita does not provide the services it promised, I had to pay anyway.
Don’t give them your money. Even if you don’t get the services they promise to provide they will still bill you for what you didn’t get. I wasn’t asking to be paid damages (although they did leave my cancer untreated) All I asked for was not to be held responsible to pay for care I did not receive. Envita came after me and is demanding payment even though it was negligence of their own employee that denied me access to the treatment prescribed by their own doctor. Envita has no integrity. It is disgusting for a program that claims to care to demand a patient pay for services they didn’t get. Be careful. Don’t risk your money. Envita will take it even if they haven’t earned it and there is nothing you as a patient can do a
to stop them.

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer. Mayo Clinic removed her bladder, vagina, uterus, ovaries and 18 lymph nodes. Difficult making decisions about next phase of treatments . We called Envita and they said we needed to pay up front for any consultations. We paid the $550 as requested. After paying the fee we thought best to “circle the wagons” and decide if this was the right right choice for us. We asked to regroup and have them refund the $500 fee for the consultation. Dania, our go to person did not respond to our voice mail or emails for 5 days. I called and spoke with the phone contact at Envita who said, “should be no problem to get your money back.” Finally received a email from our “advocate”, this is what Dania replied to us, “ I will make sure to cancel the appointment. The initial consultation fee is non-refundable.” Thank you for your love and concern. You clearly have our best interest at heart and are truly interested in people. (Sarcasm)
Don’t consider this organization for post surgical cancer treatment. They are only interested in money and themselves. Check out city of hope or Anderson’s but avoid this place. Not good.

After 3 months of this roller coaster, we were told her CT scan showed a "37% reduction of the cancer," only to have her oncologist from home confirm that her cancer was in fact WORSE & SPREADING. Envita lied to us so that we would continue to give them money. Even if it meant dying away from home & loved ones.

The Envita customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was excited to hear about the program for Lyme, but very disappointed when I heard the cost. It’s very frustrating to have an answer in sight and no way to fund it.

The Envita staff are there for you!
I have been in contact with the Envita staff from the onset. Each person I talked to on the phone made sure I had their name and phone number so I could call them at any time with questions or concerns. And I have called them numerous times and each time they have answered the phone immediately. Not once did I leave a message for them to return my call. I have never met a more caring staff then those at Envita.
