Great, user friendly website with full materials calculator to ensure you have thought of everything and then an efficient e-commerce functionality allowing you to order everything directly online. Delivery costs are waived based on a reasonable level of spend, unlike other competitor offerings. Delivery was arranged for 2 working days after placing the order. All items arrived undamaged and well packaged. Delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with the offloading. Can’t fault the end to end process in any way. The composite decking itself is well made and high quality

Excellent service

This is my second order from EnviroBuild, and once again I was very pleased with the product. The Frontier decking is of excellent quality, and I would happily recommend it.
What really stood out this time, however, was the delivery service. Since EnviroBuild started using its own in-house delivery team, the whole process has become much easier. On my previous order, which was delivered by a third-party courier, I had to unload the entire van myself, which was far from ideal.
This time, James from EnviroBuild delivered the decking and, without even being asked, helped me unload and move the materials. That level of customer service made a huge difference and turned what could have been a difficult job into a smooth and stress-free experience.
A big thank you to James for going above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated and reflects very well on EnviroBuild as a company.
