I previously used Envirobuild in 2017. The products are the best I have seen. Very easy to work with and outstanding results. Looks superb, not slippery except for ice & snow, cleans easily. Make sure to follow installation guides, this is not wood! It needs support, as specified else it will bend (useful if you need it though), and expands in heat (not water yippee) so follow allowance at all gaps. Take time and do preparation, groundwork properly ( my weak spot).
Sales, easy to contact, knowledgeable about products, and helpful in every way possible.
Ordering, I used the web shopping functions, streamlined and efficient.
Operations and delivery, outstanding. Capturing my delivery restrictions and ensuring they were applied, wonderful and unusual.
Delivery, all items correct and drivers helped unload even though they didn't have to.
Thank you very much.

Incredibly quick responses to every message or call. Very clear advice and information, friendly and polite. Delivery was on time and they kept us informed of arrival time as well as they could.

Michael delivered and was great at dealing with our builders and our front drive space for unloading. He helped carry everything through the side access which was above and beyond his duty! Thanks Michael

Michael was on time polite and very helpful with delivery

Samples received with helpful guide.

Great product and delivered by their own guys. James the driver was really helpful, called an hour before arrival and helped with off loading. Good all round experience will order from this company again

Delivery for J&D Landscapes Herts Ltd -Fast delivery, great customer service, delivery driver very helpful (james). Would definitely use again.

From requesting samples to ordering the decking the communication has been excellent. The delivery driver James could not have been more obliging and was happy to assist with carrying our order through to the garden.

My call relates to my conversation with Hannah on 15/07/2026 as my initial contact on 1 July was done online. She was extremely helpful and very patient

quick delivery of sample product which looks of very good quality.

Samples were received very quickly in the post. Good quality.

From the first point of communication to lacing my order, I experienced exceptional, informative and professional service from the team at Envirobuild.
After researching around 5 composite decking companies, I opted for this product due to its quality and finish and colour choice.
The team were really on point in recommending everything I needed and putting my mind at rest when I had reservations and concerns over issues I'd had with my previous composite decking.
Very impressed with this company and their staff.

Fantastic service. Delivered by their own driver. James was polite and very helpful. A good company to deal with.

The samples were very helpful with seeing the designs and colours.
Very good quality.

Excellent service, very easy to deal with.

Had a warranty issue with some products we bought 2-3 years ago and they dealt with it really well replacing all materials necessary. Delivered on a day to suit me. The delivery was made by James who phoned when he was 15 mins away, he helped move the materials from his van to our garden. He was friendly and pleasant making the whole process of receiving the product seamless.

Great service and excellent product.

Haven't received anything

Firstly, Michael is a fantastic driver!!!
He was extremely helpful and helped me carry the delivery into my kitchen as I had to try and manage it on my own. I would have really struggled without his help. It was all done with a smile on his face and no trouble at all. Michael, thank you so much.
