After signing up for a charity run I noticed there was an error with my fundraising link.
I brought it to the attention of the organisers and Danielle Taylor was amazing. Danielle emailed me back almost immediately and managed to correct the error. Everything is now working as it should. Very impressed with the quick service and friendly manner in which Danielle dealt with me.

Their system of charging is very wrong
Their system of charging is very wrong. People are raising money for charity and enthuse are taking 12.5% of that unless you check the details carefully. It is easy to miss the “is it ok to add 12.5%?”

Unethical and immoral 'voluntary tip' added without consent
Very dissapointed to find I was charged a 'voluntary tip' to this company when donating £25.00 to a friends campagne. An extra £5.00 was added withought my consent, I find this highly unethical and immoral that they are profitting off a charity donation. Have complained to customer service but of course no refund is forthcoming.

Clear communication; swift action
I am fundraising for the National Autistic Society and needed help adding money - raised offline by a raffle and sent directly to the charity - to my page. I was braced for a slow, bureaucratic process, but one of the team, Danielle Taylor, sorted it all almost immediately. I was impressed by her clear communication and swift action. Thank you.

Watch out for hidden charges
Uses dark ux patterns to add a “voluntary tip” to donations that is very easily missed.
It’s a for profit organisation and these voluntary tips do not go towards the charities.
