This time after a 30 day rental costing over £2000, and having driven just 20 miles, bleeding me for every last pound, Enterprise charged me for diesel having recorded the fuel as 3/8 and 5/16 on return. I photographed the gauge at the outset and it is clearly not 3/8, it is 5/16. The truck has now gone to auction. I registered a complaint with head office, and was told the Cardiff West manager would call me back, but my phone has been silent, and not on silent. I genuinely do not think Enterprise cares. They certainly do not communicate with their customers to make sure both sides are in agreement. In this modern digital age, you get your invoice later, so that's when the drama to contest unfair charging arises, leaving the customer to initiate a complaint.

This company is a joke. LOL. Tried renting a truck and they dont have anything available. The people are very rude too. Tried enquiring it felt like you are bothering them and asked me to call another company. Bunch of clowns.

24 hours before a move they called to tell me they didnt have the cargo van i reserved about 3 weeks earlier. What a joke. i have an entire room full of stuff to move and no truck.

I purchased two used trucks fromEnteprise Truck Rental and Sales, trusting their sales process. Within five months, one truck had a complete engine failure.

If you’re considering buying from them, demand a full vehicle report and have a mechanic inspect everything. I learned the hard way—don’t make the same mistake.

They never stick with the prices they give. They charge extra with different excuses all the time, and without our notice from our credit cards separately from mine and my husband's. That's so annoying. Every few days we see something pops up from Enterprise in our cards!

We are a small female minority owned business and we have been using Enterprise Truck Rental for long term box truck rentals for almost 2 years. Our initial rental location was located in Springfield, MO and we had an absolutely fantastic relationship with the manager of that facility. We had no problems and he absolutely worked with us as partner to ensure that the trucks were maintained and if we had any issues he was right on it and everything was resolved. Our account was transferred to the Lowell,AR office when that office was opened. When we opened our account Enterprise Truck Rental did not have a location in NWA so Springfield, MO was the nearest location. However, since being transferred to this office about 9 months ago, we have many difficulties, primarily of being overcharged and not receiving invoices in a timely manner. Now today, the manager has abruptly contacted us and informed us that they are terminating our long term rental agreement. I can only assume it is because we have dared to question and inquire about billing. The manager has come up with a plethora of "reasons" as to why this is happening to which we responded to each point. He has particularly stated that we do not get the trucks in for timely maintenance. However our response was that the manager or his assistant, constantly call in to inform us that the trucks need to go in for maintenance on short notice and these trucks are used in our business. We are movers and those trucks go out of state and all over! Contrary to what they may believe, these trucks are not just sitting idle in our yard, unused. We definitely get them into maintenance as soon as they come back in. I requested that they give us the maintenance schedule so that we can at least know when the trucks are approaching the need for maintenance so that we may make arrangements to get other trucks or adjust our moving schedule. When these trucks do go in for maintenance they are kept in the shop for days or weeks and according to Enterprise we are expected to pay for this period and have been charging us for this time when we are not in possession or using these trucks and now when we want an accounting and credit for the times that these trucks have been in the shop, which they have not responded to until today, all of a sudden we are to return the trucks by tomorrow! I wonder if this was a white, male owned company, if they would even be doing this. I am sure that they would have given at least a detailed explanation of the charges. NO ONE has contacted us. The manager here does it all through text messaging! I definitely plan to sue for discriminatory policies and most definitely for the disruption to my business! It is tough enough that we are making it in a male dominated field but to have a major corporation practically trying to drive us out of business is beyond the pale!
