Instructor great; organisation disappointing.
I have no complaints at all about the instructor or the examiner. However, given the price of this course, I was very disappointed that the required internet access was far from satisfactory, to the point where I had to rely on my own phone hotspot in order to complete the exam. Additionally, given that paying customers were on site for around seven hours, I think that either the lack of foresight to ensure that refreshments were available or the reluctance to go to such a paltry expense to provide them was very inconsiderate, especially given the fact that there were no alternative facilities within easy reach.

Thank you for your feedback, and congratulations on passing all your exams first time! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the course and were happy with both your instructor and examiner.
We are sorry that the internet connection fell below our usual standard. We have not experienced this issue at the venue before, and the venue has advised that the stormy weather affected the connection. Despite the instructor using backup connectivity, there were still interruptions, and we appreciate your patience and assistance on the day. We also appreciate your comments about refreshments and will discuss this with the venue.
Thank you again for your kind comments about the instructor and examiner. We’re very pleased that you had a positive training experience and achieved first-time passes across all your exams.
We wish you all the best with your qualification.
