Presentation way too long how many seniors actually follow this and understand all the different things covered at what point does one stop listening and just say yes/no to get to the end of all the legal stuff that probably is geared toward the insurer

What made my experience great was your agent Toshi. He’s extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. It comes across very strongly how much he values his job and he works hard to provide the very best options for the customer. My sister and myself want to have Toshi as our agent for as long as possible. We’ve already been talking to a younger sister about him helping her with a Medicare plan when the time comes. Toshi is nothing short of exceptional!

The policy was explained to me easy for me to understand. She was very nice and patient. It’s nice to see have that, especially us seniors. Thank you
