I appreciate all the helpful people I have encountered with enhanced MD. Everyone was very kind. I do wish the first person I talked with was a little more informative and allowed for questions. All though he was very nice he seemed to have alot going on and didn't have time for questions. Like his schedule didn't allow time for questions. Otherwise it has been a very pleasant experience so far.

They make signing up very easy and explained everything clearly so you understand and answered any questions I had.. My virtual appointment with the nurse also went very well. I've never used a syringe before but she made it a breeze to understand. Everyone has been so helpful and very professional. I wasn't nervous at all and thanks to everyone at Enhance MD. Cut off medication 2 months into a…
Cut off medication 2 months into a prepaid 6 month prescription took 3 months to get it figured out now I have to start all over again and only with 2 months of medication. Didn't help in anyway to make it right.

We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had and truly understand how frustrating this must have been. After reviewing your case, we found that your subscription paused due to the required medical check-ins. To keep subscriptions active, we ask all patients to meet with one of our medical practitioners at least once every 90 days and to complete lab work every 6 months. We also recommend a follow-up visit after labs, even if your last appointment was within the 90-day window, to ensure treatment remains both safe and effective.
We understand you were hoping for a higher dose; however, since you were off medication for almost three months, increasing your dosage right away wouldn’t be ideal and could lead to complications. Our priority is your safety and helping you restart your plan properly.
A refund of $1,776 was already processed on September 30, and it should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.
We’re committed to improving our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. You should receive a refill every four weeks, but if you ever notice a delay or missed shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can take care of it right away.
Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

Best Decision Ever for Controlled Weight Loss
I had all my questions answered before signing up. Then, I got to choose the doctor in my state for my monthly telehealth appts. and my RX. I am afraid of needles so was first disappointed that they do not prescribe “pens” but I gave myself the first shot yesterday and I didn’t even feel it! The needles are so small and short that you feel nothing. I was very impressed that I could get the GLP-1 compound with B12 that is much healthier but not covered by my healthcare provider. The plan costs less than my healthcare would even if they could get me the compound! This is a win win for me.

Inconsistent and medication cancelled with no notice given
I have been with these guys for a while. The last 2 or 3 months they canceled my meds with no notice. First time was because i needed new bloods done and a virtual visit which i did - then not even 60 days later they cancelled it AGAIN because they had decided i needed another virtual visit (instead of the 90 day requirement) despite my july visit and my bloods.
Each time they cancel - it is a 2 week wait for the renewed meds.
Too much hassle. I recommend NOT using Enhance MD if consistent, uninterrupted service and dependable delivery if medication is important to you
Response to reply: while i of course appreciate the response - it is important to note that not only was i given no notice of a ANOTHER follow up appointment being required at 60 days instead of 90 days- the medication was just stopped. And it takes Enhance MD at least 2 weeks to get it to you again. In addition, enhance md told me they could not guarantee there would be no future disruptions, and that they could not guarantee or even try to expedite medication. So to pretend like continuity of care is their issues is poppycock. This is a firm that changes the rules on you; disrupts your medication with ZERO notice and maximum inconvenience; and tells you they cannot guarantee they wont't keep stopping your and will not communicate with you about it.
Defend that.....
