Pardon, have you just called me a liar?
Your talks about procedures are as fake as your attempts to sound professional.
If you are the same person, that didn't know how to submit the correct date for my exam, no wonder why you don't know how to open your complaints tracker and to simply reply to my email with all what you have to say. I think it took you already more than one month to prepare to do that. And, are you now asking me to contact you instead?

The English Exam Centre is an excellent service provider! 👌 The booking process is very straightforward without unnecessary complications, the communication with it's staff is very good indeed, they're always willing to respond to your needs and provider assistance to meet your needs, and the exam too is very simple and clear, it's very easy to pass the test with them, they certainly deserve six (6******) stars rating. We're was very happy and satisfied to took the English proficiency test with them! Well done!

I am very happy with the phone consultation and the support I got from Mr. Mustafa. I wanted a test date as soon as possible and he helped me throughout the process from booking test to sending guidance for exam. Speaking with him helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much.

The instructions were very clear making it easy to follow which was even better through the helpful staff. There were prior warnings about possible noises meaning that we were completely prepared for any possible distractions. I would recommend to others because of how straightforward the process was.

Unfortunately I cant give a positive review in good faith.
The exam was written 3 weeks ago at their Isle of Man location (MPES Learning). Advertised results time is 24-48 hours.

After the first few days, I began following up almost daily.
All conversations end with a promise to get back to me but to date have not received any response or feedback. There are other examples of unacceptable service, which has lead me to this review in hope assistance and my results from the English Exam Centre.
I wrote the B1 English test which is a requirement for citizenship.
The Isle of Man home office have now chased me as my application may be at risk.

We had an excellent service from SELT.
My wife was booked in to do the exam in Mumbai.
The process was thoroughly explained to her and the study material sent beforehand for preparation.
The location was convenient and the exam centre there was extremely professional.
Usually a hectic process but the SELT centre made it easy and clear for us and we would highly recommend to take the English language test through SELT.

It is easy to find the test centre which is centrally located.
The staff are really helpful and friendly and had answered all the questions that we had for them.
Soon as we made the payment, we received lots of learning materials which really helped us pass the exams with real ease.

A very professional and organized place, it was a great experience.

I tried to book an exam via this website. I was lucky I didnt pay after I read the reviews. Actually I input all my partner's details, click payment and the website went blank. Gave me another option to directly transfer the money in the provided account number, which I didn't. I got a call from this +447399722921 number few minutes later and I explained him that I changed my mind not to go ahead. He was so rude and told me to go somewhere else. Please avoid this third party website..

Excellent Service and advice from the English Exam Centre

I have booked a test with them. Day before the test they said my appointment wasn’t booked and I have to reschedule to the following week. I had read reviews after I booked it. People say the same thing about them. I don’t even know how this company is in business still. Customer service was horrible. A guy who I spoke to said “ we don’t give a damn about your money “ I just thought what kind of customer service is this. Never heard anything like it. I have never ever wrote a negative review before but this company deserves my negative review.

I was searching all the B1 test centers and found the final 3 to compare the price.

First one I take a look is English Exam Center, then after enter all the details saw the price is over £200 so I decided to look the other 2 on my lists.

After 5-10 minutes I received a call from 07399 722921 he said he saw I just done half of them and never paid so would like to see if I want to go further, so I told him I am still thinking because it is a bit expensive that others. He was start being not happy then I asked him can he put on a notes on my profile that not to contact me for chasing up a payment as I am still doing compare, he said so who did you want us to phone and why did you put your phone number on if you don’t want anyone phone. Why are you being rude and I was like what?

So I have went back to him that I don’t want to use your company for the English test because it is so crazy for after 10 minutes someone phone me to ask me pay, then he said oh it is 20 minutes ago and we don’t want you too! He hang me off.

When he hang me off I phoned him back he do it again, so I phoned him one more time and the first sentence was what do you want!!! And I said I want your name to complain to your Head office. And he said I will not give you my name then hang me off again.

The environment in which we wrote the exams was extremely peaceful. There was not any distractions. We were warmly welcome to the centre. And we also provided with any writing materials that we may need during the exams.

I had a very good experience with the English Exam Centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The exam process was clear and well organised. They explained everything properly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this centre for anyone who needs to take an English test for immigration or naturalisation
