I love Energy Support and Advice UK, Gemma and her team work so hard.
Ignore the bad stuff people say about her being a dictator! She just doesn’t like misinformation, or people being rude when she gives so much of her time FOR FREE. And who would blame her for that.

She gives so much, she replies to questions in the middle of the night, always putting the community above herself.

She is kind, she is knowledgeable and what she brings with this amazing group is somewhere people can feel supported.

I run a community too, and there has to be ground rules, especially as it grows.

Anyone hating on her needs to take a good hard look at themselves, because Gemma is making a difference.

I for one wholeheartedly support her!

Gemma was that little light at the end of a very dark tunnel for myself & mother..That little light turned into the biggest helpful,caring warmest blanket I've ever had the pleasure to meet..gemma & her team went above and beyond to help get our electricity bk on while the temperature was 0 (the weather app stated it actually felt -6) ..we had been promised a electrician from 9 am in the morning and was still promised one at 6pm even tho 2 four slots had passed without any communication etc of the energy company, my mother and myself are disabled so having no lighting alone was very dangerous. As soon as I popped a "can anybody please please help" into gemmas and her teams help page on facebook everything moved extremely quick they had got us booked in with a electrician within 3/4 hrs .gemma stayed in contact with me the whole time checking in that we both were OK until the electrician left the house ..I really can not thank gemma & her team enough for what they did ,trying to deal with the company alone was extremely difficult and as soon as gemma jumped in my mother & myself broke down in too tears I urge anybody who's having problems with energy compaines etc to reach out to gemmas/team for their help..I still think if gemma hadn't helped we would have been sat here in the freezing cold house days later
Gemma I thank you for the bottom of my heart everything you have done for us has been extremely appreciated . This lady will fight tooth & nail for you're rights while also covering every little detail while you feel like you're swimming in a pool full of sharks 🩷🫶🏻🩷

I had months of turmoil with my electricity provider at my Bar. I wasn’t able to sort it or open. I lost a lot a business until Gemma stepped in and tirelessly worked to get my electricity back up and running. 1000 points to Gemma, 0 to Eon 😀. The team at energy support are amazing. They give you advice and support and not only that they go out there way to help. Gemma spent hours helping me with my supplier when she didn’t have to. Gemma got to the bottom of the problem and sorted it for me. I don’t no where I be if she didn’t

Honestly can't recommend this group enough any question you have the team will not stop till they have an answer for you, the advice and support is second to none, it's one big family.
