This lady and her team are a godsend they provide good genuine advice ,and do so freely of their time it has restored there are good people who go out of their way working hard on behalf of strangers a big thank you

I contacted Gemma over the weekend because I was in arrears with my gas and electric and it was due to cut off this morning . I don’t get paid until Friday , Gemma said she would see what she could do . I was in absolute tears over the weekend , but I had a call from Utilita this afternoon and they owed me £77, they credited it to my account instantly and kept my supply on . I am really thankful to Gemma , without her help , well basically dealing with the issue for me , I would have been cut off at 10am this morning. I am super thankful truly I am xx

This company, which purports to be a CIC, does not seem to operate in an honest or transparent manner. The founder and sole controller of the company comes across as overly proud of a very wide range of attributes and abilities, many of which are clearly unproven. Members of the so-called community (a Facebook group that operates under the company name) have been subject to bullying, both overt and covert, and are blocked from the company's Facebook group at the first hint of any criticism. The company's relationships with other business concerns are opaque. Indeed, the company's founder and controller has recently established another company (the 'Positive Energy Outcomes Group,' peogroup.co.uk) which purports to be "partnered" with several other businesses/organisations/charities, including the BBC and various of its arms, Channel 5, Quidco, Suicide Prevention Bristol, Watchdog ...... and some of the companies that Energy Support and Advice has been plugging for the last couple of years.

Many of the activities of the company's founder raise red flags with me. She clearly does not like anyone querying her business entanglements (rake-offs?); she does, however, need to know that withholding her number on a spoof (threatening?) call does not make it any the less identifiable (and malicious). The woman has a lot to learn - and I am not convinced that even her Tik Tok training has been successful!

Incidentally, I am perturbed to see that threats of "police involvement" towards others who criticise the CIC or its founder continue. Furthermore, in my experience, the founder has no qualms about threatening her critics via their family members. Altogether a nasty piece of work!

This group is amazing. Knowledgeable caring helpful friendly and honest. They have helped so many people who were in absolute despair. Gemma and her team work tirelessly to help people in dire need and to educate us all . I would recommend this group to absolutely anybody.

I'm not a fan of the draconian style of management of the group. That goes without saying that all groups require a management, however some admins decide if they should follow the rules or not. Saying that some of the admins/experts are invaluable with their expert knowledge and help, but it is overshadowed by the "Look what I did" type posts that certain admin make. It comes across as only doing it for attention.
Some of the unnecessary treatment is as follows

*Not allowing angry faces as it's seen as rude
*Not allowing someone to say something about some blankets that they were trying to make a point of and told outright they were completely wrong.
*Told people aren't allowed to promote other groups (I'm always seeing admin post in other groups about this page)
*silencing people or removing them because admin didn't like what they were saying.
*Rules state keep things on topic yet I've seen plenty of posts (one particular one was about buying leggings on Tictoc - not relevant to an energy saving group. Or quotes that are not needed).

Some excellent other admin who are ALWAYS on hand to help without any prompt. Those admin are brilliant!

I had to make use of the support they offer recently and cannot thank them enough.

Never needed help as I work in the industry however I do see the issues on the page and recognise them as issues within the industry, I see some ppl have wrote negative comments but unfortunately I believe they have been given industry answers and sometimes this isn't always what ppl want to hear, I thank the page as they are giving ppl the information they need ie a direct debit is the better option, a smart meter is something we will all eventually have even if you don't want one etc and they are giving this information to a wide audience something I can only do to each cust I have on a call, thanks for helping out the industry x

This woman has an inflated sense of importance, her word is law and if you disagree with anything she says she throws her toys out of the pram and either blocks or bans you. She has read a few reviews didn't like them so is now begging the community to give good reviews on this site. I think this will backfire because many of us have had enough of her stinking attitude. She is unprofessional, rude, mean and constantly harping on about the good she does, has she never heard of being humble. She has a money making agenda and is always pushing one scheme or another to line her own pockets. The forum has little use now, much better to do your own research or use Martin Lewis.

Gemma and her team go above and beyond, helping and supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals in the society. Gemma is very knowledgeable, providing everyone with the best possible advice and information. Your all amazing, can’t thank you all enough

Fantastic group that has helped the most vulnerable out and got them back on supply . The group is full of supportive and experienced people .
As the group grows Gemma can only soo many people out. She is inundated trying to help as many as she can with sleepless nights

Love what Gemma has created. Fantastic supportive group with genuine help and advice. No nonsense approach and they really help people who have no where else to turn. A daily user of her page and find it really helpful. Keep up the good work Gemma and admins you are amazing.

Sadly the power trip is far outweighing the 'help' offered and speaking to members who ask honest questions in such a condescending tone will not help anyones cause! There seems to be a large majority on the page who just agree blindly but may feel differently if they were being spoken to in such a manner

I Joined this group when energy prices rocketed. Never posted myself but lots of great advice is given by the experts. The team work relentlessly and have helped so many people. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team. Thank you for all your hard work !

What an amazing and supportive group which is so very needed in these challenging times. They are very knowledgeable and know their stuff and always do their best to help.
