Having seen that the house needed repairs Energy Shield offered a suitable method to clean,restructure and protect the brickwork. The journey from the sales pitch to survey and installation was explained well as was the way the job would be carried out and how payments would be made. The dates for installation were easily set and the only interruption was by poor weather. The team of two were polite and respectful of the property and having finished the work gave me the chance to view the improvements explaining what had been carried out during the process. The site was left tidy. Payment was made at the end of each work day by telephone.

Richard was exceptional. He was courteous with me and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend him. The job was done very quickly and efficiently.

Everyone at the company was very helpful when approached with a query and willing to clarify any point. The one thing I did appreciate was the communication when installation began and the professional way it was carried out.

The service was very professional and fast. Windows doors were covered and no mess was left.
Communication was good and the guy doing the work was very friendly.
Not sure how effective this will be to insulate house as yet but it certainly does repel the water from the stone work

Had our bungalow coated in Energy Shield Protection ProPerla Masonry Treatment with the brickwork in clear at the front of the property and the rear of the property as it was already painted in Cotswold Cream, the job was done very quickly and very professionally by the person who came to do the work, he was on time very helpful explaining every step in detail, and a very clean worker everything was left perfect. very pleased.

We were advised of the procedure and the protective coating went as planned. Workman was nice respectful guy.

Both my Wife and I are very pleased with the work carried out at our home and with the finished product applied to the walls and the roof tiles. The work was done by some very nice lads to an exceptionally high standard and I can recommend them with confidence to anyone wanting a similar finish to their home.

They came, they did a superb job, they left, what a star Roger was working in the wind and rain.

Our company stuck with us throughout. It took several visits if contractors to complete the process because initially scaffolding bars got in the way of holes in the wall which were due for filling, as part of the process.

Finally, contractor Roger made sure that we were entirely satisfied with the process. We are glad we've had it done.
