Disappointing. Daniel refused the assistance of an existing floor plan when measuring up - which we thought unusual as having drawn many floor plans, I knew how helpful having at least an outline and measurements to check my own against is a great help. We left him to it, but were a bit concerned when, in front of us, Daniel tried to use squeezing his hand through an almost closed window to measure a wall thickness, when there was an easy, clear access to measure this on the balcony........ but he didn't say what he was trying to do at first, and then it seemed rude to point this out. We didn't think much more of it until the EPC came through and we were surprised by his overall measurements, which we asked if he could please re-check. Sadly, our multiple efforts requesting communication on this have been completely ignored. We're all only human - mistakes happen and differences of opinion arise - but dealing with them is how you show your true colours.

Daniel was fantastic and helpful in providing an accurate energy performance certificate after a bad experience with a previous assessor. Great service and would recommend to others.

I recently had Daniel and his other engineer for a domestic EPC and EICR assessment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. From the outset, they were both punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I realised my gas safety had expired after the order but when asked whether they could also do it since they were here, Daniel kindly agreed to add it.

The assessment was carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption, and they took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Very happy with the service EPS provided. They were on time, conducted their inspection with minimal fuss, and issued an EPC certificate within 2 working days. My only criticism is that while the advertised fee is £65, I wasn't told up front that I'd also be charged transport costs (I was charged a £4 crosstunnel toll charge). It's a small thing so I paid it without challenge. But, as feedback for the company, I hope they will be more transparent about additional charges in future.
