Great installation. Great product.
Once Energise EV got in touch through MG dealership all was very simple.
Energise asked a number of questions and asked for photos of installation area.
I didn't feel the need for a site visit. Within 2 days I had an instalation date .

The day arrived and Callum the electrician arrived . Completed the job tested the instalation everything worked and our 1st charge that night was 100% successful.

Really great company to deal with. Installation went ahead on the day agreed with no issues whatsoever. Our installation engineers Luke was brilliant and came up with a good idea for the cable run which was great for us. Only took about 21/2 hours. Very tidy installation.
Had an early issue with the charger a week later and contacted energise ev They gave me a good feeling that they would fully support me if the fault couldn’t be sorted easily. I appreciated that!
Can’t praise this company enough and I believe they are going to build a great future in south west Wales.

Absolutely brilliant service from Energise-ev. Phil the engineer explained everything he was going do and why he was doing it that way.
I had to get my someone to help me with the app as I'm not that technically minded but once it was up and running everything is great.
So glad I went for the tethered version, saves a lot of time getting the charging lead out of the car and then putting it back.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Energise-ev.

I had ordered a plugin hybrid and was looking for someone to install a charging point at my home. I googled electric car charger installation companies and chose Energise EV.
From my very fist contact to the final installation and hand over I found this company to be very helpful and professional in carrying out the work and even arranging the available government grant and the upgrading of my electicity supply with Western Distribution. The installation was carried out very professionally and neatly on the arranged day and I would not hesitate in recommending this company, Energise EV, to others

Very professional service. Initial visit was made to survey the area where I wanted my EV charger to be placed. We then had a discussion over options etc. The install itself was carried out a few days after, no problems at all.

From initial contact through to completion we received a first class service from Paul and the team. Kept updated about a change of install date caused by a supplier hold up and also put me in touch with the supplier who then discounted the unit as a goodwill gesture. Phil, the installation engineer was excellent and all was straightforward on the day. I had to contact the manufacturer, Hypervolt, for setup, the phone was answered immediately and the technician spent over 10 mins helping to connect with great patience and support. I would recommend Energise and Hypervolt without hesitation.

Luke our engineer was brilliant…did a very neat and professional installation. He was also really helpful with decision making about the physical aspects of routing the wiring etc.

An outstanding company! Extremely helpful both in the administration and fitting of the electric plug point. Friendly and helpful at all times whilst showing an awareness of the individual requirements of each customer.
