Haider Hussain did a great job today. Quick, polite, clear explanations of what he was doing and where I could find more information and provided a detailed brief on my new meters and the home mini. Left the space clean and tidy. Couldn’t have been easier.

Tina came out to fit my metre today - i work from home on a friday and had a meeting at 2pm, Tina rang her boss and did the job the other way around to keep my electric on fir my meeting, I asked for my door to be kept closed for ky cats, she did - what an absolute gem of a women, really helpful and friendly octopus as a company no qualms with anything, then you have a rep come round your house sometimes you can be a bit wary, but she was genuinley outstanding, very good customer service and very good at her job, thanks Tina :)

Bravo to Chris Todhunter who worked so hard to fit new smart meters today. Expertly carried out to a high standard in not the easiest of spaces. This was after we tried for a year being told by others it was not possible. We are absolutely delighted with his service, thank you Chris.

Haider Hussain did an amazing installation of our Octopus gas and electric meter. He was polite, professional and made sure we understood everything…. Very important for older customers.
