He doesn't deserve even 1 star.
Very rude, not fair in business...saying one thing, and actually NOT Doing anything..but he takes the money from people.
Why is he taking cash first month of rent????
I DO NOT recommend!!ever!!!!
Please do your research before coming in contact with this....
As a side note Mr.Kobi..you keep telling me to relocate,YES I can wait, believe me!!!
I can not afford to relocate by myself, because I am fighting cancer,i am undergoing chemotherapy, and my son is whit special needs, because of the abuse ok???and I CAN NOT AFFORD!!!!!
That's why authorities are involved!!!!
The abuser brought us in this lame condition, because of financial struggle!!!it was 500£..then 550£fair price for this conditions!
And what improvement did you do,please??for 700£??this house is falling apart...rats,snails..etc etc...
Thank you

I cant put 0 stars or i would, Absolutely disgusting landlord..just left one of his properties and the guy is nothing but trouble. After nearly 2 years of paying top dollar to live in a rotten house, reporting issues such as rising damp, black mould in every room, a faulty boiler during winter and various other issues..that never got fixed, the landlord has decided he now wants to keep my deposit to fix the mess he left me n my 2 kids to live in and also charge me extra on top to clean it. Hesd over to my Google review, and FB post to see how he treats tenants. Fb Jon Jr Robinson the post is public to see.

Kobi and the team at Endgame Estates truly exceeded my expectations!
