I ordered a car vacuum cleaner and contacted customer service to return the product. I have received an email saying they will be in touch but over a week later still nothing received from them.

It already stays in my trunk and gets used after every beach run. What sold me was the way the dust cup locks in with a firm click and doesn’t wobble loose like the cheap gas station one I tossed. It’s small enough to stash beside the jack, though the handle feels a bit chunky in a tight glove box.

What went right.
This company is a absolute nightmare to buy from. They have NO contact details. They told me my parcel had been delivered to the green door not mine the varnished I even sent the there delivery photo and mine of my door. They use InPost who told me for 6 days that my parcel was being delivered. This company is part of the SHOP set me. I will never by from this company again

I was disappointed with my purchase the quality was very cheap in every way I could have purchase this item anywhere in a discount store for 3euro and better quality than what I received from this company

Ok so after reading all the other reviews I was a little dubious about ordering from this site, I have to say that I the reading glasses I received are excellent quality and they even came with a hard case and micro fibre cleaning cloth. The only issue was that it took 3 weeks to deliver, but I suppose that’s because it came from China. All in all I’m a satisfied customer. Would I buy from this site again? Depending on the product yes I probably would.

Sun glasses (2 Pairs) never arrived, when I enquired after 7 days they hadn't even been shipped. Gave me a tracking number that didn't work. No further response as to when they may turn up. I've given up and ordered replacements.
I believe this company is just a scam to rip you off.
Don't fall for the adverts. Avoid them or you will loose your money.

After a recorded 39 hour flight from China it's now showing it's been at a London airport (no idea which one) for 3 days.
I will update in 3 more days then I will move on to more interesting topics. I've heard nothing from the seller but the automated email shown below.

used it already. the icon lines are crisp, and the black print looks dense, not faded like some generic site badges. took a second to realize it’s more reassurance than item, but it reads clean on screen.

Started using it the night it arrived, the lens casing feels heavy in hand, not like my last plastic headlamp that cracked in a week. Not sure about battery yet but the robustness when adjusting direction is noticeable. No rattling parts either.

Had it sitting next to my monitor since yesterday—box flap opened without any annoying resistance, which was honestly the best part. No chemical smell, just that plain new-paper scent.

Edit: well, my review provoked a response and they're apparently replacing order. Will see how that works out. Watch this space! 22/04/26
I wish I'd read reviews before buying paint. Ordered 2 but 1 was burst/leaking when it arrived. Informed them within 20mins of delivery including photos. They take NO responsibility and suggested I could return, at my own expense and then they'd send another. At this point I must have at least 12 replies...all saying nothing! Probably AI.
APPALLING customer service. Avoid them like the plague, no matter what they're selling. Ordered March 28th, dispatched April 5th, delivered April 15th and constant repetitious emails since. Why don't they just send the blinkin' replacement???

The watch looks good, but the watch face has sharp edges and the metal band also feels cheap with rough edges and poor finish. However, the watch is easy to navigate, which is impressive. The packaging was not as shown in the ad. I hope this helps—this is an honest review.

Ordered cat flea tick remover when it arrived it was written in Chinese even though the advertising photo was in English . So I don’t trust what I am spraying on my cats have asked to send it back and have a refund…..no joy yet

Scam company - I bought 50m Volt Guardian Rings for adult females in my family from them but they were just tiny rings with spikes sticking out. Bearing in mind I told their customer service this and they would only fit a child they advised me that returning them would cost me too much and I should give them as gifts!! Do not buy from this company!
