Lack of communication
I was satisfied with my order after receiving it however there was a lack of communication from Enamour Jewellery as I was not updated throughout the delivery process of my order and also have not responded to my emails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered something for Christmas…didn’t arrive and I’ve had no contact from them after sending about a million emails. Ridiculous! DONT TRUST IT

I am very sorry to hear you have not had a good experience with us, we have recently experienced some issues with our email accounts where emails are not being received by customers.
I can see from our system that two emails were sent out to you regarding your order which were not delivered. This issue has now been resolved by our IT department and you should have received an email with details of your order.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, please do email us at info@enamourjewellery.com if we can assist any further. From our records I can see that the item is due for delivery within the next week. I am very sorry again for the delay

Abysmal service
Ordered a bracelet. No update after the order was placed. No response to emails issued and a week later , still nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. PayPal sorted a refund immediately on lodging a dispute.

Amazing gold-plated earrings
I recently bought a pair of gold-plated earrings from Enamour and I couldn't be happier! The craftsmanship is excellent - I have been wearing these earrings non-stop and you can really tell the quality is exceptional.
The team were really friendly and Adam from customer service was helpful throughout the whole process. They were quick to respond to my queries and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my order.
I highly recommend this site for anyone in search for top quality jewellery!
