Very bad service_still no products 1 month after the order
I bought some folders for a quite expensive price on 02/26. It was supposed to arrive a few days after, but after 10 days I still didnt't receive anything.
I send an email to the customer service and they told me that the shipping would be delayed to the end of march ! It's now April and I didn't get any news and nothing is written in the order status.
I will definitely never buy here anymore and I advise people not to do so.

The 3-Flap Folders you have ordered are a new item that we added from our supplier in Germany. There was much more demand for them than we anticipated. Because they travel from so far away, when we sell out it does cause longer than desirable back orders.
I am also sorry that we did not reach you with updated information. We do try to personally reach out to all of our customers when there is a back ordered item or if there will be a longer delay than expected.

Disappoint in Ordering from Empire
I am very disappointed in ordering from Empire. I placed my order for binders and a 2-hole punch on 1/27/2015. As of today, I have not received ANY portion of my order although I have been told repeatedly that the 2-hole punch was shipped and/or would be shipped and that the binders were on backorder but would ship in approx. 2 weeks. On March 2, 2015, I received a response to my email stating the binders were expected to arrive any day and they would be shipped to me. Customer Service also said the entire order would be shipped together. I have received several emails asking how I was enjoying my 2-hole punch. What 2-hole punch? Still haven't received it. And still haven't received my blue binders. If they do not arrive within 2 weeks, I am cancelling my order and going to a new vendor.

Delivery time is VERY slow
I have only recently been using Empire for A4 products due to the fact that one person in our organization prefers them. (that kind of product) The problem I have isn't with the products to this point but the delivery time. I realize that sometimes products are out of stock but waiting over 2 months for something that seems like it would be a pretty common product is ridiculous. Of course the Empire staff is pleasant when explaining the hold up but that didn't matter much to my employer who was waiting for his order. They really need to work on the time frame it takes to get products to their customers. I will, if I can find another company that sells the A4 line, order from someone else in the future.

Best store for high quality European office products
For years I have searched for a source of European office products, particularly binders. In my humble opinion there is no better filing system than the German lever action binders. Don't buy cheap Chinese copies, the only brand we use is Leitz, made in Germany.
