Shipping was fast quality was great my advice would be to include any special tools with the product and inflate the price accordingly makes install easier and no hassle finding the tool like a 10/32 nut rivet tool yea that’s not common at all

I'll start by saying I was debating between 3 and 4 stars but had to give 3 just based on the few obstacles I ran into. I ordered the Gurney Flap for my 21 Mustang. 1st thing is they shipped it extremely fast, I'm talking like I ordered it Wednesday morning and it was delivered Friday afternoon and I used the free shipping. The product looks amazing, the install was extremely easy and the quality is top notch. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because originally it came with a white washer that had the EMP logo on it which in my opinion looked amazing and it's one of the reason I bought theirs instead of a few other brands, well they no longer come with that and it's now just engraved into the acrylic which looks cheap and you have to clean it to get the leftover pieces out. The next reason is they include great hardware all nice looking black washers, bolts, etc, except for the 2 locking nuts that are just bright chrome so they stand out horribly. The last reason is just due to the absolute insanely difficult tools required for the install that no one will have. A 19/64 drill bit, no one has that and it's impossible to find locally and will need to be ordered, if you're going to require that then include one and increase the cost by $5. The other is the rivet gun head being 10-32. No one local has this and again will be required to order online. All of this just drags out the install which once you have everything it took maybe 30 minutes at most. The product is awesome don't let the 3 stars scare you away.

The owner reached out and apologized for the locking nuts and explained the whole situation. They're sending me the correct ones tomorrow. Will update again again once I receive and install them.

Parts arrived today, they look great. Installed in a few minutes. The owner is a stand up guy willing to go above and beyond to stand behind his products. I still don't like the hard to find local tools but it is what it is. 5 stars.

This is the 3rd part I have purchased from EMP parts and I couldn't be any more satisfied with them. The quality of parts and fast shipping. Apart from that, the capability to use Shop Pay when needed at no extra cost.

The front splitter looks great on the car. I didn't give the part a 5 star because the following. I was not able to screw in 3 screws on each side piece because they did not line up with the plastic no matter how I adjusted the splitter. I believe this is due to me having a non-performance pack 2019 Mustang GT. I originally asked EMP if there would be any issues with putting the part on my specific model and they replied, "no". Turns out the part works better on Performance pack cars where the belly pan connects to the front bumper. On the non-performance pack mustangs there is a slight gap between the bottom of the front bumper and the belly pan. The chin splitter still seems to be held on good enough but I will see over time.

Received my tower covers in a week, painted gloss black and were flawless. Wish they made more parts for my C8.
