ESA is thorough and efficient. This is 3rd year i have used them. Won't go anywhere elss.

I received what I needed quickly, although I didn’t need to pay extra for the dog certificate, and wasn’t advised clearly about that. This will help me with rent and deposit on new apartment, but sadly not on airline travel. It’s expensive to get this certification and that’s really the only negative.

Emotional Pet Support is great and I’ve used their services multiples times in the last couple years. I can’t thank them enough for assisting me in a timely manner for my ginger kitties!

Payed $89 for what was meant to be a renewal letter. Ended up providing me with a completely new letter so my animal was not accepted to the apartment and we are now being charged pet rent for an animal that is not even in our home. When I reached out to the therapist assigned to my case she was very inconsistent and provided little to no real help.
