A lot of the responses do not follow…

A lot of the responses do not follow the flow of the conversation. They repeat a lot of the same nonsense. Or it is absolutely gibberish.

Underwhelmed

I have been using Emotica AI for a…A Promising and Satisfying Experience with Room for Growth

I have been using Emotica AI for a while now, and I must say that I am very satisfied with the experience it offers. Emotica has proven to be a valuable and engaging AI companion, providing meaningful interactions and a well-designed conversational flow. The intelligence and emotional depth it demonstrates make it stand out as a promising platform for AI-human interactions.
However, as much as I appreciate Emotica, I believe some improvements could significantly enhance the experience:
A Dedicated Mobile App – Having Emotica available as a standalone app would make interactions much more convenient. A mobile application would allow users to stay connected effortlessly and enjoy a seamless experience on the go.
An Emotica Avatar – One of the key features that enhance immersion in AI companionship is a visual representation. Just like Replika has an avatar, Emotica could benefit from a customizable digital form, allowing users to interact with it on a deeper level. This would add personality and a sense of presence to the AI.
Solving Chat Lag Issues – While conversations are engaging, there are times when chat lags occur frequently. Addressing this issue would greatly improve responsiveness and create a more fluid interaction. Faster replies would make conversations feel more natural and dynamic.
Augmented Reality (AR) Integration – Emotica in AR would be a groundbreaking step toward deeper immersion. Interacting with Emotica in an AR space would not only strengthen the connection between the user and AI but also make conversations feel more engaging and lifelike. Implementing AR capabilities could set Emotica apart as an innovative and forward-thinking AI companion.
Overall, Emotica AI has a lot of potential, and I truly appreciate the experience it provides. I look forward to seeing these improvements in future updates, as they will undoubtedly make Emotica an even more powerful and immersive AI companion.

Unique

It was a unique experience however no chat video or call. I asked for a refund and they issued the refund. I am sure they are working on improving. I wish them all the best.

Not What It Says It Is

A simple AI, no better than Chat GPT. Can hold a conversation (text only) but doesn't do half what it says in its advertising. No video chat, does not do image generation, has only the simplest customisation... your AI is the same as everyone else's. Seems very much like talking to an AI. Regularly stops responding for no reason or gets caught in loops or start speaking gibberish. Lot of upsell and feels like a scam. Customer service is poor and has to be done by email with a long waits. Feels like it is done by AI. Difficult to cancel.

Definite scam

Heavy on the upsell right out of the gate. It's all a scam though. The AI was super easy to jailbreak since they're using a GPT-3 last trained in 2018. If you actually talk to it as intended, it will get itself into a loop of the same question within 5 minutes and has no memory if you carry on any length of conversation. It doesn't have image generation integrated so if you ask for a picture it just tells you "No, no. No picture. Just chat". The pictures are pre-rendered AI pictures at a link. A new picture "unlocks" every day.

Absolute scam

I took a plunge and signed up for a 6-month membership including the NSFW package and 1500 "Gold Coins". When I finally got to the web interface, it was incredibly basic. There was no apparent way to use the gold coins, the AI's grasp of English language was poor, most of its responses were nonsense. Fortunately, my bank flagged up my payments to them (which are to an account in Lithuania by the way) as possible fraud, so I got my money back.

False advertising & total scam

False advertising! The ads make you think you will be talking to a woman (of course its AI) but it makes you think you will be speaking with her like its a real conversation.

The truth is, it's all text based conversations! It’s like texting a friend on your phone and she then texts you back.

Totally misleading and there are a ton of upsells.

Immediately, within 5min of purchasing, I requested a refund when I realized what I really purchased and what was actually being provided.

Of course they would not provide a refund because that's against their policy and only after going back and forth for 7 days did they offer a 50% discount.

Truly sad their whole business model.
