Dear Customer Service I'm still waiting for news regarding the refund for my lot no. 610707 which I delivered to your office at the Lost Property Office on Friday February 6th in Al Khawaneej at 12:00 p.m. The man in the first office on the left sitting at the first desk on the right handled the collection of my lot. He promised me a WhatsApp message that afternoon but three weeks later I haven't received any communication. I'm sure the waiting times are due to bureaucratic reasons but I'd still like confirmation of the process and any updates. I have contacts in the Dubai Police but I don't want to bother them. I expect the same precision from you that characterizes all your work. I await updates.
P.S. Your official, the one sitting in the first office on the left at the first desk on the right reassured me that there would be no problem with the refund; the lot would be inspected by an expert and then the process would begin. In fact the lot was described as consisting of 18-karat gold objects but it was clear that one or more items were 14-karat gold 585 marked (14K) and not 750 (18k). I am confident in your work and please keep me informed.
