David Dovey-Walker was absolutely great from the start. Very helpful, very easy to talk to and very professional. The survey he suggested was exactly what we wanted. The survey arrived by email as requested within a couple of days of the survey itself. We were really pleased with the layout, the detail, and the way he had explained everything in layman's language with very clear photographs of particular bits that needed attention and really useful suggestions as to what might need doing/considering before exchange of contracts plus he said we could phone him if we needed to clarify anything (but that wasn't necessary). We are very happy with the service we have had from David at Eminent Surveyors. From the moment we instructed him to carry out a building survey on a Grade II listed property David has been helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He was accommodating in rearranging due to unforeseen issues with the purchase and has continued to provide helpful advice in a timely way. The survey itself was produced within a couple of days of the site visit, presented in clear and helpful format. We have no plans to move again but if we do we will certainly be requesting another survey carried out by David. Highly recommend.
