Terrible Aftermarket Experience
Seems most of the reviews are for super friendly Salesmen selling new cars.
Afraid the aftermarket experience is not the same. I really feel sorry the Service Dept receptionists that are just the mouth piece for useless, jobs worth managers.

The Gentleman who looked after us…
The Gentleman who looked after us throughout ,from choosing our car to informing us about delivery issues,kept us in the know the whole time. Whatever we asked ,he knew the response straight away ,if we had telephoned the company. We were offered tea/coffee ,and alongside a very cheerful professional manner,which is really very nice especially at front of house. If we could clone this Gentleman to companies elsewhere in UK,we would be very lucky customers, and the company ,I would certainly imagine would be extremely PROUD of their employee, ie the one who looked after us. Could not fault anything about Eastbourne Motoring Centre. And love our new car,,,!

Brilliant seller
