Smaller fit than expected but good quality and decent customer service.

Bought a vintage wash Askelaad t shirt, quality is amazing - heavyweight cotton, feels and looks great. The quality of the print is by far the best part, no corners were cut in the production.

Very good design, little overprized

I am very disappointed and desperate. I ordered something on July 20 and still didn't receive my order!!! When I contact them, I always get the same message ("we will look to dispatch your order by the next week"). And now I get no response at all (neither to email nor DM). I am very disappointed as this should have been a birthday present for my husband. His birthday is now weeks ago. I think it is a scam and I will go to consumer protection. I want to finally receive my order or get my money back. Don't buy here!

Clothes were decent, sizing was to my liking and print was solid but took way too long to be delivered. I get they were transitioning warehouses during that time but I didn’t hear about that til after my item was delivered. Lack of communication was def the weak point here; I sent a few emails only to be responded with the equivalent of “soon”. I was also told that my order would include extra goods for compensating the long wait time but to my surprise, nothing else was in there. In the end, it was just lip service and an empty promise.

I respect small and baby businesses and like to support them as much as i can, but man, this company has THE WORST customer service.

First, shipping takes FOREVER even though it says “in stock, ready to ship” on their website.

Second, their excuses don’t even add up — they say that there’s a delay because of a massive design drop and that your order’s gon be dispatched next week (but it doesnt). Next they say it’s because of the supplier, but then later on you see they’re dropping another new design??? Make it make sense please.

Won’t even offer compensation for all the inconvenience smh. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Elohim Saga. On August 1st, I made a purchase of two t-shirts, which I have yet to receive. Not only have I not received my order, but I have also been unsuccessful in my attempts to reach out to their customer service team on multiple occasions.

To make matters worse, despite not delivering the products, they went ahead and charged me for the purchase. This level of negligence and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer, I feel completely cheated and taken advantage of.

I strongly urge anyone considering shopping at Elohim Saga to think twice. It's disheartening to see a company disregard their customers in such a manner. My hard-earned money has essentially been stolen, and I am left without the items I purchased.

At this point, all I want is a refund for the products I never received. I can't emphasize enough how disappointing this experience has been. I certainly won't be recommending Elohim Saga to anyone, and I advise others to steer clear of this company. It's unfortunate to encounter such a lack of professionalism and integrity.

In conclusion, my experience with Elohim Saga has been a nightmare. I hope my review serves as a warning to potential customers, and I hope that the company takes steps to rectify their poor service and return my money.

Please don’t listen to these reviews. I have contacted them about 5 times regarding my my delivery that I ordered in July and it still haven’t come. First they said it’s been shipped , then the second time they said it has been delayed because of the AOT drop and they will ship. Since then it has been 3 week , I haven’t got my parcel neither have I got an update. My question is why promise customer delivery and then don’t even deliver it , is been already a month. Second question is why mislead customer with misinformation about that you shipped it ? Third question is is normal professionalism to Atleast update customer, but they don’t even do that

Don't believe the reviews, they are automated bots that generate fake reviews, the products don't arrive, there are people waiting for months, they are scammers. They don't respond to email or social channels. Be careful

Terrible customer service. Spent £80 ordering a hoodie for my boyfriend's birthday on the 27th of July and still haven't received it. His birthday was 3 days ago and I've sent multiple emails, only receiving an automated response back each time. Tracking system is awful as well. Do not order from this website.

So I received the product .
The quality was better than what I expected
The sizing isn't over sized so I would recommend getting a bigger size than your normal size .

They don't do refunds and the customer service is really bad (they don't always reply and they don't keep to their promises) so I would recommend being 100% on what you want if you do choose to order.

Expect over a month for it to come in.

I have not received my order and made contact twice but have heard nothing back.
Tracking info does not work.

I ordered my tees on 6th of July and they have not been shipped yet. The operators replied Just on Instagram after I sent them many messages. Now the gave ne a refund of 20% and told me they shipped them but I didnt received the email with the tracking code yet. I am very frustrated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered two t-shirts on July 1—$100 worth. It's now August 3, and they haven't shipped nor canceled my order.

I reached out to them the same day I ordered about applying the July 4 discount. No response. Followed up again, they gave me a tracking number I didn't ask for. I repeatedly followed up, they only responded one more time, giving me the tracking number again (I didn't ask for it.) I left comments on their IG which they deleted. I've had to file a report with my credit card saying the goods never came.

They seem to be fine sending me promotional mail, even a link to review them. But won't help me with my order. This company screams SCAM.

Took 2 months to ship and the tracking didn’t even update properly and this was after emailing the dismissive support team. awful, still haven’t even received my singular t shirt “5-10 day shipping” joke
