It took over 6 weeks to receive my order #10232 and one item was missing. I have asked for a refund for the missing item and have not even had a reply. Absolutely ridiculous. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts :(

So sorry about this, serves within the December/Christmas period took longer than expected to deliver due to the Royal Mail strikes. Now that services are back and running with other replacement couriers in place this wouldn’t be an issue moving forward and your refund for your lost item which wasn’t delivered should be sent back to you now. So sorry for the this inconvenience

Fantastic customer service
Tried to order during Christmas and had an issue with the payment, contacted them and they wrote me back the same day. After i ordered again without reading the email it succeeded and they even wrote another email saying it went through this time and they provided me with a second confirmation email.
Excellent customer service and great shirt designs.

Omggg I’m so in love with my hoodies
Omggg I’m so in love with my hoodies, the prints are just amazing and hoodie wise it’s very warm, adequate for this weather. I had a little bit of delay with my deliveries but they communicated well with me and let me know what was going on. Honestly love love love it

shocking customer service
shocking customer service. blatantly ignored me after they sent the wrong size and I returned it for an exchange. printed on cheap gilden tshirts also while they claim their profit margins are "very small" my order was the 9th of September and its now the 17th of December and still haven't received or heard anything.

Regarding your exchange, a replacement order was sent out to you during end of November but due to Royal Mail strikes, they had misplaced some of the orders which was completely out of our control. I also like to add that our team have kept close contact with you via email regarding this issue and we have come to a solution to either send you a replacement plus a free T-shirt of your choice or we can refund you your order
