They sent me a bunion corrector device. There were no directions or instructions. The item did not look anything like the pictures. The item was defective and I can’t even use it. I have tried to reach their customer service and no response. I was wondering how I could report this legally.

Do not buy from here. It's a waste of money for complete junk. When you request a refund no one ever responds back no matter how many times you try to contact them.

I ordered the moisturizer that came in a poorly packaged wrapping that took 10-12 days to receive. I didn't use the product nor did I open it. I emailed per their online instructions to request a refund within a few days of receiving it. I sent 6 email requests and have heard nothing back from them. They DO NOT have a 24/7 customer service platform otherwise I would have received some type of response to my requests. DO NOT PURCHASE.

The review I give I have contacted three times asking for return address and heard nothing back then curlyers Burt my hair am lucky I got it off quick or I would have no hair left there didn't come in a named box and I want a refund

Arrived poorly packed, it was broken. I contacted the customer service department, requested a refund but have not received a reply!

Purchased a straightener which was diabolical quality. Cheap nasty plastic which basically rips your hair out, plates out of line and many more issues.
I’ve attempted multiple times to return this product which states it has a 30 day money back guarantee, emailed to request a return as instructed by their return policy. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response and have been emailing continuously in that 3 weeks, still sweet f*** all from them. Not even an acknowledgment to say they’ve received my enquiry.

Went back onto the website to check the email was correct, check the return process etc, try to find any other form of contact and it states that they have “24/7” customer service. Which is a complete lie as that link only takes you to a contact form to email which will be ignored!

I purchased a slim flat iron for short hair and forgot to review before doing so. First it took about a month to get it and when I did it didn't work. I contacted them immediately and they responded about a week later asking me if I wanted a replacement. I asked upfront for a return after reading the reviews and 2 months in still waiting.

Was trying to return a product that has 30day money back guarantee, contacted through their refund email. Received a happy to help you can I have order number, then after 3 more attempts no response. Of course now beyond the 30day since you received product deadline. Still have never gotten a response on how to retun the product. This is a slimy business model that uses stall tactics to deny you a return and refund.

Please don’t buy - bought tongs on instergram - there is no 30 day guarantee - came damaged cannot contact had to open dispute with visa
