I recently had the pleasure of working with this outstanding estate agent, and I have to say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Elliotts went above and beyond managing the purchase of my new property, and their professionalism, excellent communication, and flexibility were truly exceptional.

From the very beginning, this agent impressed me with their professionalism. They were always well-prepared, and knowledgeable, and demonstrated a deep understanding of their vendor and how to manage them. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and they made sure that every aspect of the sale was taken care of with precision and care.

Communication is critical in property sales, and Elliotts are masters at it. They kept me updated every step of the way, and their timely responses to my emails, calls, and messages were remarkable. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and their friendly, approachable manner made the entire process stress-free.

Flexibility is also essential when buying a property, and this agent was incredibly accommodating. They made sure that they were available to show me the property multiple times at times that worked for me, and they were always willing to adjust their schedule to fit mine. Their flexibility made the whole property buying process much smoother and more enjoyable.

I would have given Elliotts 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service, Ben kept in touch with me every step of the way during a long process due to a problem with the lease on the flat we were buying. Once the lease issue was resolved Ben continued to update me regularly. We are so grateful and would use Elliotts without question if we are in a position to sell.

It is important to remember that estate agents are incentivised to sell a home for their seller/client. So, as we all have probably experienced, Estate Agents can often be pretty rude and just downright unhelpful when you are a buyer. Elliotts is one of the few groups that not only represent for their buyers but treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We interacted with Symon and could not recommend dealing with him enough.
