I recently sold my flat in Hove through Elliots and had a very good experience, particularly given how challenging the market has been.

Steve was very honest and realistic with his advice from the start, which I really appreciated. The property was marketed well and attracted genuine interest fairly quickly.

Once a buyer was found, Ben was excellent in helping manage the process through to completion. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he did a great job keeping things moving when the usual bumps in the process appeared.

Overall I felt well supported throughout the sale and I’m very grateful to Steve, Ben and the team at Elliots for their professionalism and persistence in getting the sale completed.

Excellent service my sister was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s so the selling process was down to her son and I. Throughout the process they were considerate and kept both of us fully informed ensuring a smooth transaction.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and when the time comes I would certainly use them myself

I have been looking for a place that I can call home
I have started my search in February 2025 and from that date I might have had 10 viewings.
I had one flat that failed through, essentially because of a state agency who honestly did not care too much about me, asking too many questions ( probably the ones that I should not have asked!)
Then , I viewed a flat that I really like and Elliotts came along and their attitude was completely different of the other agents!
Ben was very professional, explaining the process of buying a studio flat very carefully
I recommend them 100%, I had the key before Christmas and yes, definitely, it would be the first people I contact again if needed more advice !

I’ve dealt with many Estate Agents over the last 4 years and they all have faults in different areas but Elliotts i have to say are absolutely brilliant! And i was buying through them - I should have instructed them for my sale as well!
