Placed an order late September for my…wife’s birthday
Placed an order late September for my wife’s birthday ,16-10 th.Oct. It arrived two weeks after . what we recieved was a different design, was the wrong colour and size small instead of size 16. A mistake is sometimes acceptable, but three !!!. There was nothing that was right. We gave it to a smaller family member. There has been several texts , two different peoples looking at the case which made no difference whatsoever
As for rating your service, i can only leave that to yourselves to make an honest judgement of that.
I would expect a full refund, but I won’t hold my breath…..Tom. Darwood
