Fraudulent company! Never received item that ordered back in September! I contacted them multiple times! & bbb even contacted them too with no response! Don’t buy anything from them!

Like many others, I placed an order on September 13. I received one (the cheapest) of three items in the order and the tracking on the website has said “preparing to ship” for several weeks now. The emails I’ve sent have bounced back. I’ve received no response from the texts and several messages left. I will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card and to the BBB as they have kept my money without providing me with the items I purchased. Definitely feels like a scam.

I would rate this as zero if option available. I placed an order 09/09. Received one item. I've left numerous voice messages and haven't received a single reply. I then had PayPal open a case and this company still haven't responded.

Order placed on September 12. Web site shows “confirmed” - no updates about shipping. I’ve emailed - they get bounced back. I’ve called and left a call back number - no returned call. I’ve texted - no response. I used their automated form for tracking orders today, but seriously—this is beyond ridiculous.

Ordered nearly a month ago. One item was meant to be sent separately. A shipping label was created, but nothing has been sent out.

If I could rate this seller lower I would. I placed an order on 9/14/22 order # 200095163. To date I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have called multiple times, going to voice mail with no return call. I have attempted to email yet the email no longer works and their website says they are not taking orders. It seems they are not shipping them anymore either. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and they have failed to respond to that as well. I want a full refund.

I placed an order on September 4th–order #1000680872. Still haven’t gotten any sort of shipping confirmation. I contacted their customer service team two weeks ago asking to cancel and get a refund since nothing had shipped yet and they got back to me the next day saying they’ll refund me if they confirm my package has not left their fulfillment center. Two weeks later, no word from them, no shipping confirmation to show that anything has left a fulfillment center, and now their email doesn’t even exist–emails bounce back when you try to contact, always says “undeliverable”.

I placed an order on September 9th, Order # 1000681343 , it is now September 26th and I have received no updates whatsoever, or my order. I tried emailing customer support, but it just returns to me saying I cannot contact this email address. I texted the customer support number, and am now waiting for a reply.

The page now tells me I need to pay for my item again. I already paid for my item. The money is already out of my bank account and I can show statements to prove it if necessary. I can also show the help emails were my payment was confirmed. Part of me is now regretting giving them a picture of my ID for this confirmation since its obvious they don't know how to handle information and have no respect for their customers.

I have been trying to get a hold of SOMEONE to help me for several days. No response from the texting number. No response from multiple messages through the website. Only a few days after my correspondence with the wecare email and trying to contact help through it again, and the email doesn't seem to exist anymore! Or at least is not taking messages.

If I do not get a response soon I WILL be asking for a refund, and don't give me that 'oh we can't do it because we process orders so fast' because me and several other reviewers know that that's a LIE and if I had to bet, I'd guess their warehouse doesn't even know my order exists! ESPECIALLY since they're asking me to pay for my product A SECOND TIME!

Horrible. Even if they DO get back to me on my order status, I'm gonna need some credit or compensation for this bs they're putting me and no doubt many others through.

Its confusing, because its obvious from the good reviews on here and other websites, along with product mentions in sex toy recommendation lists that this site USED to be what they say they are. Now? No so much. Don't given them your money unless you want to lose it.

I’ve placed a few orders before and didn’t have an issue. This time I ordered two items. One shipped and arrived, the other more expensive item never shipped. It’s been weeks. Their customer service emails have started bouncing back to me and their website says they’re not taking orders. I think they’ve really just taken the money and run!

I placed an order two weeks ago and have not received it. I paid extra for faster shipping. I would like a full refund. This is unacceptable. I have tried calling your customer service line and am never able to speak to someone. I regret ordering from this company. It’s a scam. The email they have listed is not a working email.

This company is potentially a scam. I placed my order on 4 September 2022 and had the ability to log in and view my order online. Today 13 September 2022 my order has yet to ship and I can no longer access the site with my previous credentials. Thank goodness I used PayPal or I’d be at a loss.

Their satisfaction guarantee does not allow you to return stuff for a refund.

I'm sure the stuffs great but the company states that no refunds can be done because they are so quick to pack stuff up and send off but it takes 10 BUSINESS DAYS to actually get your order packed up...I do not recommend because I was told 2-3 business days and nothing.

I have ordered a few times and had a very pleasant return experience, but I placed my last order on July 13th and was not shipped till late July, for August 2nd delivery now pushed to August 5th(it went from Florida to Arizona and is now in Missouri. I live in Massachusetts.) The products so far have been good, no issues, so as long as you don't mind waiting...

This is not a bad review on the company "Ella Paradis" service was super fast, but the product "Men Vibration masturbator" is very disappointing. It's as if they never had a male test the thing before selling it. Maybe the inventor had an extra motor from a vibrator and decided "we'll do this batmobile looking gadget, guys will like this". Three tries and not so much as an erection, even with porn. It's more like a fantasy inhibitor, and that's not cool for $50.
