I've purchased Elizabeth Arden Green Tea original lotion for several years now, and my recent experiences have been offensive. Without any label changes, Elizabeth Arden has altered Francis Kurkdjian's lovely signature scent into a spice bomb disaster. Kurkdjian's signature formula presented a clean, creamy citrus top note. This new concoction is a slap in the face not only to Kurkdjian's expertise as a perfumer but also a slap in the nose to the countless customers who have cherished his signature scent for decades. You will lose so many loyal fans of this once-lovely lotion, Elizabeth Arden. Change it back, or at least have the decency to print the formula change somewhere. You aren't fooling anyone, because this new formula is redolent of scented toilet paper from the 1970s.

Placed an order that was supposed to come with a free foundation brush - foundation came with no brush (after a long delay) I called and emailed several times with no response for over a wk.
Customer service were so rude and accused me that the item showed it had been packed. I provided the packing slip showing that it did NOT and she eventually offhandedly said I’ll post you one. It never arrived and nobody has returned my communication’s since.
I will NEVER trust your company again! You will now lose more than a makeup brush in my sales! Not good Elizabeth Arden!

Don't buy from them. They were hopeless and didn't care. I ordered in February, then returned the order unused, a few days later, using the downloaded shipping label specified by Elizabeth Arden UK.

They didn't refund it. It was £75, so not a small amount. I had to contact them, by e-mail, in late April asking what had happened to the refund and attaching a picture of the proof of posting given to me by the Post Office when I returned the package. All extra work for me. Who needs that?

Did they apologise for not refunding the £75 and wasting my time? Did they heck! I got an e-mail saying, "we have now started the refund process". I wonder why they didn't do this when they received the return. Probably hoping that people won't notice.

In short, I don't trust them now and would never order from them again. Shocking service for a big brand owned by Revlon. They only get two starts rather than one because they did eventually give me my money back.

After finding the cream I wanted was told it had been split from a double pack! However,Susanne solved the problem professionally & efficiently.Was great to find such a great service in a world of 'no staff' & 'no sorry,cant help'WELL DONE SUSANNE....restored my faith!!

Purchased the eight hour lip protectant stick sheer tint . Awful no real colour and definitely doesn’t last eight hours unless you’re fasting !!! Don’t buy waste of money.

I ordered face cream. Forgot to add my samples, I emailed them to add my samples and was told they were out of stock. A lie, as they were still available on their website.

Really poor customer service. I was gifted a large pot of hand cream at Christmas having used it for years.

This was a gift purchased on Amazon but not only did it smell different to my regular 8 hr hand cream it caused my skin to peel badly.

I contact EA via website and asked them to confirm if the Amazon listing was genuine and theirs and also if it was then hand the ingredients changed across all production of 8 hr cream. As a regular user for 8 years I just didn’t want to waste money purchasing more. Response was your making a claim so we need more information! I explained NO just a genuine query on listings and ingredients as clearly had a problem with gifted Amazon one. This was 21st January and they have completely IGNORED every follow up of mine since! Extremely unprofessional

Really impressed with my first order from Elizabeth Arden. I purchased the capsules with 25% off plus received a bundle of freebies/samples. Haven’t dealt with customer service as such so can’t comment but purchased through the EA website which was quick and easy and the products were delivered in a timely manner! Can’t wait to use these products!

Commande non recue. Un gros basard pour être remboursée. Heureusement que je suis passée par PayPal pour ouvrir un litige. Chez E. Arden, le service client vous demande de clôturer le litige afin d' être remboursé. Surtout ne pas fermer le litige car E. Arden va tout tenter pour ne pas vous rembourser. Plus jamais je ne passerai commande chez eux. Je boycotte leur marque maintenant.

I am so disappointed with the handling of my complaint. Elizabeth Arden’s customer services is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They would rather end my custom with them, over 18 years, then deal with the issues that I brought to their attention. I shopped at their stand in Allders Croydon which closed in 2005. They offered me 20% with my next order. When the issue I had with them was the fact that 25% was not taken. Never again

Disappointed that I've been scammed.
I discovered an order from Nov 2023 (whilst clearing old emails) that was cancelled by the company. Payment was taken, but not refunded. It's now more than 6 months down the line and it's too late to pursue the matter. Very poor.

I have been using Elizabeth Arden Natural Flawless Finish Mousse Makeup for over 25 years and I am very upset that it is no longer available as I am sure other women are too. I bought as many bottles as I could but I am now on the last one and I honestly am troubled of what product could come even close to this wonderful foundation. It was expensive but I was willing to pay the price even if I am a senior on a fixed income. Please bring back this product.

Just purchased the Elizabeth Arden, New York, High Performance Blurring Loose Powder.
The container is absolutely not user friendly or practicle to use. You need to remove the top lid, from the container, open the flap of the lid to remove applicator, then shake the container. Apply applicator to the powder with one hand whilst using the mirror in the other. Useless to use if not sitting down to go through 5 steps to apply powder to one's face.

Grand entrance mascara
Should be called quick exit as it flakes all down your face after about half hour, waste of money, should of stuck to mana line sky heights which is the best so far

Previously made an order last year for one item, easy order and arrived on time. I was thinking of making another purchase and saw there was an offer for a free mascara with every order, but when it came to checkout i found out you need to use a code in order to get this...why? Why isn't the item automatically added onto the order. This is frustrating moreso because you cannot stack codes so my blue light discount can be used but i couldn't get the free mascara as well. This put me off ordering as well as the fact i've seen so many people with lost or missing orders and unable to get their money back. If you make an order please use PAYPAL as it's so much easier to provide proof and get a quicker refund. I've also seen a recent review from someone (5*) saying about they bought elizabeth arden from a boots store and it was great service etc.... why have you not posted this on the BOOTS trustpilot page?!?

If I could give a zero stars I would. I will never buy or deal with this company again. Purchased products on line and they were the wrong colour. I sent them back and followed their instructions for returning. Had a message from the post office to say they had been received and signed for snd after that I heard nothing. Waited 30 days like they said and rang them. They said they would look into it. Waited another seven days and nothing. Contacted them again and they ghosted me. Thank God I had paid through PayPal. I got my money back through them. It took almost four months to get my money back -disgusting I had to raise a dispute through PayPal. There was no apology either. No wonder they are going down the pan! Don’t buy online is my advice.Just don’t buy their products.

I regularly buy products from Elizabeth Arden and therefore never thought I would have cause to write this review! I recently purchased items on their 3 for 2 offer. Due to the value of my order I qualify for a free 6 piece ceramide gift. I received confirmation of my order which included my free gift as expected, but then 3 days later I received another email informing me that this gift was no longer available and therefore would not be included in my order, but reassuring me that I would not be charged for the item. No substitute free gift was even suggested, let alone offered for my consideration. The email did advise me that I would be refunded for the item, however, this overlooks the obvious fact that I wasn’t being charged for it in the first instance. My order has yet to be delivered and I have requested that my order be cancelled completely and a full refund given - whether this will be acted upon as requested, I’ve yet to see. This does not however detract from me feeling very let down and disappointed with Elizabeth Arden. I feel that I have been sold goods under false pretences; it’s as if a free item has been used to tempt and secure a sale, only to remove it once the sale is secured. I appreciate that demand may be high for an offer especially if it’s a free gift, but surely the ordering system is sophisticated enough to stock take as orders are made. I would also expect the company to also appreciate that from a customer experience point of view, that this service is disappointing and mis-leading. I would have given my customer experience a zero star rating if I could have.

I purchased the 8 hour cream lip balm. Colour is great but it’s got this awful, intense chemical smell so I can’t use it. Too bad, it’s a waste of money.
