NOT AN EXPEDIENT DELIVERY
How can I possibly give any rating when I still have not received the goods.
I placed the order on 11 August, and after FIVE days there is still no sign of it being despatched.
Would it not be better to ask for a review AFTER the goods have been received?
ELIXIR are now outperforming themselves.
They have responded to the above criticism with an apology, and confirming delivery has been effected on 24 AUGUST. Trouble is todays date is 18 AUGUST, and I can confirm the goods are not received!!!!!!!

Impressive customer service
I had used Elixir previously, and, despite a delay with delivery, was happy with the product and packaging etc.
My current order was for two bags of lawn fertilizer. The delivery was impressively fast, via Fedex (unusual), and the packaging was again sound. Unfortunately, owing to a packing error, one of the fertilizer bags contained Muriate of Potash. I quickly informed Elixir by email, explain the error, and Sue quickly got back to me to explain options for putting things right (including money refund or resend of correct product). I confirmed my choice, and again Sue quickly responded confirming the situation.
I would have no hesitation about ordering further garden products from Elixir, as they have now earned my trust by their impressive customer service. And I would recommend the company to others, to see the wide range of products available.
